Very disappointing product and service. I bought three pairs…read moreof sunglasses for a pretty large sum of money. One pair lost the lens screw so I took it back for repair. The salesperson fixed them with another screw. That fell out a week later which then chipped the lens. So I returned to the store and asked to exchange for a new pair of the same glasses. They wouldn't do that. So they now needed to order a new screw and that was a two week wait. I returned to the store after three weeks and there was no record of the salesperson ordering the new screw thus no screw. So I had them re-order again. The salesperson said they would notify me when the screw was in. I went back after three weeks wait/no call as promised by the salesperson and the same thing happened. Nothing. I voiced my displeasure and they said they would order the screw for me and would call me when the screw was ordered. No call. It's now three weeks since then. Nothing again. This is the poorest "service" I've ever received from any retailer. They have shown they do not care about their customers. I will never shop at the Sunglass Hut again and I warn any other potential shoppers to avoid the stores in Gilroy.

What's great about Your Eyes Image is the combination of how thorough and knowledgeable Dr. Maher is, as well as the entire staff and the lab used to create the corrected lenses. I have worn glasses since the age of 12, so I have a reasonable expectations. After choosing a nice pair of frames over the holiday I was looking forward to picking them up but not prepared for the most complete correction. I was so surprised! I wear bifocals and have for some years and grown accustomed to "how I see" with my glasses on. This is different, it is the most complete-correction I do not feel like I'm wearing glasses at all! Important to note I do not have progressive lenses I have the block of reading correction built into this lens, but I don't see the line anymore. I just feel like I have my vision back! Yes, there's great advancements in the high-index plastic but a great correction also requires the right Rx and the staff was so thorough with all the options, landing on what was just right for me. I had the best experience and want to share it with others. Go see Dr. Maher and his staff - they're fantastic!

I've noticed the machines they use to test my eyes are different compared to when I've gone to Kaiser or Costco. My prescription is more accurate compared to what I had before. I always believe that taking care of my eyes is an investment so I don't mind spending the money here. They offer an amazing selection of brands and styles. And if they don't have something I wanted they can get something close or better to it. Thanks to the staff all the women in the front end helping out. They all have excellent customer service demeanor. Specially Melissa who has helped me I've gone back multiple times and by now I thought I would get annoying.
