We were able to get an appt. for the next evening. She did love it, but the dress was not her size. However, their amazing seamstress was able to turn the back into a corset lace-up & it fit beautifully. My daughter was also a little concerned it was too full on the bottom, so she removed a layer of tulle. The total cost of the alterations to customize the dress as well as shorten it was reasonable. The shop is full of dresses to try, which does make it a bit tight on a busy day, but so are many other salons. We scheduled most of our appointments in the early evening and didn't have a problem. There were plenty of young women to help us who were very knowledgeable on current styles and kind but didn't pressure us to purchase. We never felt rushed like we did in other salons (some have a strict 30 min. appt. policy) and honestly, she was treated like a princess, and we had fun. It wasn't a chore for me. We made a total of 3 visits and the owner was also welcoming to us. He greeted us by name and made us feel like valued customers during the chaotic prom season, not just another number. I admit I was a little nervous as we'd made some major changes to the dress, but it came out absolutely perfect. This was her 2nd prom, so we'd been through this before and appreciate the great experience, which is why I'm taking the time to recommend Park Ave. South. I have referred people since and will be back for daughter #2.

I am in professional marketing and impervious to insincere sales pitches, so Rita's performance and wonderful personality truly got my attention. She pulled me from the aisle with confidence & direction, not aggressiveness, and brought me not only to the fragrance brand I use but also the exact formula and chose a new version from the line that I fell in love with instantly. I am an extremely difficult client and very particular with the type of fragrances I like. It was like she was literally psychic, and her incredibly beautiful, confident personality won me over instantly. The experience prompted me to buy something that was useful for an upcoming event that I had not initially intented to purchase, spending 10x more at the checkout than I had intended (for an amazing deal) and wouldn't have done so without Rita. She would absolutely slay in corporate and has the power in her to strike multi-million dollar deals. Not only that, I could also tell she is an incredibly good, sweet, kind and wonderful person. She not only deserves a promotion, but I think it would be in Macy's best interest to put her in the face of VIPs and have her close massive deals, and I truly hope that someone out there reads this and finds Rita. While the clothes here were very stylish and priced well, there was nothing that intrigued me. There were; however some clothes that were my size but not nearly enough.

this is my childhood mall, i have many fond memories of it and have zero bad things to say overall…read more more specifically, however, i was helped by gabby when i visited the gamestop at the ocean county mall and she was awesome! i came in to trade in my playstation 4 and upgrade to the PS5. gabby was super informative as to what i would need to bring with me in order to be eligible for trade-in, and also went over all options and details to help me make a decision based on my gaming preferences as to which version of the 5 would be best fit for me. with a year warranty on the new console and a quick upgrade to the gamestop premium membership, i spent about $350 altogether and i'd call that a win when it comes to buying a newest generation console!

Went here to find some last minute Christmas shopping. As one can imagine, it was pretty busy. I…read morewas pleasantly surprised how orderly the entire experience was. There were many sales associates on the floor making sure everything was folded properly and in the right places. I needed to find a size and the person who helped me was very friendly. She was able to find exactly what I needed in a place full of sale signs and loads of other shoppers. My favourite part of this experience was the fast and efficient check out line. The three cashiers were ringing people up with lightning speed. The only thing that slowed down the line were the shoppers who asked random questions and were not ready with their respective forms of payment. When I arrived at the register I let the cashier know I was unsure of the price of one of my items and I needed my total to come out to less than $60 including tax. The cashier presented a coupon that enabled me to purchase all the items, stay within my set budget, and I even received a coupon for an upcoming visit!
