A female store employee was very rude to my husband this morning. He stopped in to inquire about…read morethe possibility of selling a used Uppa Baby Stroller (which retailed at $850+ five years ago). Yes, the seat was slightly discolored and the fabric was lightly stained in one area. However, there was no need to immediately dismiss him by saying "WE DON'T SELL CRAP HERE". A simple recommendation to clean the fabric prior to considering it for consignment would have sufficed. I think it goes without saying that this employee would benefit from a lesson in how to treat potential customers with respect and I sincerely hope that her rude behavior is not a reflection of the business as a whole. Thanks for driving home the fact that your shop does not sell "CRAP" but in doing so, also demonstrated your "CRAPPY" customer service.

The woman at the register was incredibly sweet, however a couple minutes after we entered, another woman came into the store. Im not sure what the woman's name was, but she was an employee. We got there about 10 minutes before closing although we were unaware of that until the other employee brought it up. We apologized & responded by saying we were just trying to get an idea of what the store had and didn't plan on staying past closing. The woman responded with "well some of us have places to be & lives to live". She came off as very rude, despite the other employee insisting to her that she would be fine alone, and that she could leave early. We got there at about 5:20, and the door was not locked, nor did the register woman mention she had an issue at all. My husband went back inside after loading our kids up to explain to the nicer woman, how off putting the other had been, and that it's deterring us as new customers to come back. He went back to iterate that behaving that way was just very rude of her, and we also wanted to ensure that she wasn't the owner of the store. 1 star off for that woman, 4 stars that maybe could become 5 depending on our next visit which will hopefully be a better one. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or an emergency, but we did not appreciate her demeanor towards us, especially in the presence of our children.
