Meanwhile, three of their associates were just milling around the store chatting with people. Not even helping them. Just having conversations and laughing. Told her I didn't want to do that because I used rewards and it got complicated and I asked if she could just fulfill my order now. She wasn't busy at all and neither were her co-workers. She said they had too many orders to do that. I tried to cancel my order online and it's practically impossible to even find where to do that. I use their online chat. They said it was canceled but it's not canceled. I keep getting emails to go pick up my order but I'm not planning to go back to the mall at all in the near future.
