Mind you this all took place at the same time, in minutes. They refused to return the $8.99 charge for the process. And $5.00 of that charge was a reward which I lost. Horrible way to do business!! The great staff member, Dean, helped my husband pick out sneakers with slightly more stability due to some arch issues. Dean watched my husband walk to make sure he recommended the right type of sneaker. My husband was instructed to even jog outside (store is located in strip mall) to make sure the sneakers felt great. I myself got a pair of compression socks.
