Yes, the seat was slightly discolored and the fabric was lightly stained in one area. However, there was no need to immediately dismiss him by saying "WE DON'T SELL CRAP HERE". A simple recommendation to clean the fabric prior to considering it for consignment would have sufficed. I think it goes without saying that this employee would benefit from a lesson in how to treat potential customers with respect and I sincerely hope that her rude behavior is not a reflection of the business as a whole.
