On the 4th day, I called the 1-800 number. They said that my shoes would be there on the 5th day. I called the store on the 5th, 8th and 9th day, all I got were questions by people in a smart ass tone. They said that they weren't there. I even told them that I called the shipping number. On the 10th day, I finally found out that someone received my shoes, and sent them back to the company. I just asked for my money back. I didn't receive "good" customer service unless I was there looking them in the face. No one wanted to help me until after it was too late. There are other shoe stores in the same mall if you need the help of the employees. Try one of them.
