Almost seven days later . . . it is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. And, it is almost impossible to get a live customer service person to speak to. I can not believe a major corporation has such poor logistics. I finally did get a live person, after 2 days of trying. They said items are typically received in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Nobody previously mentioned this. In fact, the agent did not seem aware of the "Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to pick up your package and begin the shipping process." I informed them that we are way past the 24-48 window carrier pickup windows. They seem to have every excuse in the book. Are packages only picked up at the Toms River location once every month?
