Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you could tell it's a family-owned business that actually cares about its customers. They had knee scooters in stock, took the time to answer our questions, and the cost to rent one was considerably less than the other place we had just visited. We ended up buying a scooter instead. After the terrible experience we had at community medical supply store, Rands was the complete opposite. Friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need medical supplies.

I went in for a compression stocking and they were so helpful. Plus there is a cute dog there too!read more

I like the pharmacy because they are typically faster and provide way better customer service than the big pharmacy chains, I also tend to somehow pay less than I usually do at rite aid or cvs . The only downside is that for regular over the counter items they are very pricey compared to the pharmacy chains . Their gift items are actually unique , affordable and they even gift wrap . So for my prescriptions and for gift items I go to silverton pharmacy constantly . For my toothpaste and Tylenol though , I probably get those from the grocery store .

Their service is very good and they carry a variety of items in addition to medicines.read more

We are not the problem the PHARMACIST has a problem with the DOCTORS order and there OPINION on what is PATIENTS should and should not be taken. The pharmacist pre judges you not knowing your situation or why you take msaid medicine. Disgusting
