His bed broke and I called the company to do a repair. They told me multiple times people were being sent out to take care of it, and it never happened. I was also told multiple times I would get a call from a supervisor, and that never happened. My father was left with an unnecessary safety risk for days on end due to the incompetence of this company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

She did call me back and said the bed would be delivered today (Monday afternoon.) I received a call from a delivery driver at about 2:30 informing me that the bed would be delivered between 5 and 6 today. At 5:35, no call or no delivery. I call the delivery driver at cell phone #1-929-395-3334..he finally picks up after I call 3 times. I explained again the situation and he said the bed won't be delivered until between 8 and 9 tonight and that he was on a job somewhere in South Jersey! I said 9 tonight? He mumbled something incoherent Spanish and uttered, I deliver the bed tonight at 9 late at 9 late! I was so disgusted and annoyed that I just slam the phone down. In the meantime, my 94 year old mother is discharged from the hospital without the convenience and comfort of a bought and paid for hospital bed! This is the FIRST and LAST Time that I will EVER do business with this company...sloppy customer service and incompetent delivery drivers who can't communicate effectively!!! ZERO STARS!!! Guess what?!? It's 9:30 pm and the hospital bed was not delivered! Big surprise!!!

I worked with someone who had to wear them and she told me how hard they were to get on/off. I reluctantly agreed and was assured insurance would cover the cost. Two months later I got a bill from the medical supply store. When I called I was on hold for fifteen minutes and when she got back on she forgot why I was calling. When I questioned why I received a bill she was extremely rude and told me that I didn't remember my conversation from two months ago. I called my insurance company and found out that I should never have been billed.
