Everyone was friendly and helpful, and you could tell it's a family-owned business that actually cares about its customers. They had knee scooters in stock, took the time to answer our questions, and the cost to rent one was considerably less than the other place we had just visited. We ended up buying a scooter instead. After the terrible experience we had at community medical supply store, Rands was the complete opposite. Friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need medical supplies.

They also have a large section of clothes organized by color only, not size which makes shopping much easier. There's a shoe section as well as a small men's and children's section as well. I was taken aback at the amount of Christmas decor as well as party decorations there were available. You can decorate many children's birthday parties with the materials here! I didn't find much in the clothing section that caught my eye but if I were ever in need of a gift bag or card, I'd stop here to stock up!

The tux I chose was amazing and reasonably priced. They have the slim fit style as opposed to the classic look where the pant legs are blowing in the wind. Lol. The moment I put the pants on, I was sold. Stan, who's been in the business for 30 years, fitted me perfectly for my tux. With a few measurements of my chest, waist, arm and leg length, he chose a 38R which was exactly the jacket size I wear. He knew my neck shirt size without measuring even though I was unsure, it's 15 1/2, with a 32/33 shirt which was a perfect fit. I'm 5'8" and 157 lbs. I set up an account for my groomsmen to be fitted at their convenience and have complete confidence that he will fit them perfectly without my presence. Also there's no additional required charge of $15 like Mens Warehouse/Jos A Bank for incidental damages. I will definitely come here again for my formal engagements that require a black tie event.

To make matters... the employees are bringing stuff in making it more cramped. My bf and I look at the movies to buy but where they are set up is so cluttered with donations they keep bringing in that day. When I asked if we can move the donations or movies elsewhere, I was told in a rude tone..."where do you expect to put them?!?" I said how they should do the donations after the store closes (2pm) as it will be easier on the customers to shop. Again I was given a rude response, "you don't tell us how to run our business!" If they get donated any sense of organization and compassion my boyfriend and I will return. Till then, they won't be getting a penny from me. The money goes towards a program the church runs. Can't the church use its money to fund the programs? They make all that money yearly and pay 0 in taxes!
