Stachybotrys and Penicillium Aspergilus. We lived in that home while unknowingly being poisoned and almost killed. The owner Ed Ryan withheld the air cell tests results for over 3 weeks. Mold doubles everyday in that environment. Ed Ryan knowingly left us there in a deadly poisoned environment. We asked for his insurance info from the start multiple times, was denied. He than began payoff techniques that only paid for money already spent and the dearth of our family dog of over 10 years, from long term mold poisoning. All three healthy adults in the house lost 100 lbs. We were sick for months. Multiple Dr.s and ER visits. When we planned on meeting today to discuss our issues. He made excuse after excuse why he couldn't make it! He was arguing with us as the vet was at the home to do the euthanasia. He did not make our meeting. He blew us off, over and over as we watched our dear dog put to rest. Still has not provided insurance or any info. This company has government contract and receives grants to help homeowners in hardship make their homes more efficient. But from our experience this is a fraudulent company working under a D.B.A. National Spay and Foam. They do unlicensed, illegal, with unqualified employees. Do not let this company fool you into some free work. You, your loved ones, and pets could be dead. And you can be displaced and Ed Ryan will not keep his word and discard you. Wont give insurance because he doesn't want to lose his government contracts with Comfort Partners, utility companies, and the New Jersey department that grants his government contract!
