When I walked into the fitting room, the general manager said to me, "Smile to the camera." I immediately found this comment inappropriate and unsettling. After making the comment, I was told by an employee that he disappeared into the back of the store while I was still in the fitting room. How am I supposed to know he wasn't looking at the cameras while I was changing? That is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable. When I later confronted him about it, instead of taking responsibility, he brushed it off as "just a joke" and claimed I was taking it out of context. HE SHOULD NOT BE CATERING TO WOMEN OR YOUNG GIRLS IF HE IS GOING TO BE CREEPY. Multiple employees stood up for his behavior and said that he "makes jokes all of the time." This was also concerning, as it shows that this is a regular behavior for him. After I left the fitting room, my companion and I were followed around the store for no reason, which made the situation even worse. The behavior felt targeted and discriminatory. No customer should be subjected to invasive comments, have their concerns dismissed by management, or feel unsafe and watched in a fitting room. This was not only unprofessional -- it was inappropriate, creepy, and a violation of basic customer trust. At this point, I would love the escalate this further because it's genuinely disturbing, however they told me that the general manager owned the store and it's a family business. A store employee told me that I could write a review on the experience, so here we are. Please be CAREFUL bringing yourself and your children there.

The woman helping me quickly figured out what I liked, and brought over a few things she thought would work. What really surprised me was they knew what would fit me perfectly before I even told them what size I am. Ended up leaving with a couple shirts, pants, and a jacket that all fit great. They showed me how versatile all the pieces were and taught me how to put outfits together that I felt good in. I especially appreciated that she was honest when something wasn't the right fit instead of just trying to make a sale.Really nice selection of men's clothing that feels different from what you find at most stores, and the quality is excellent. They have a beautiful and diverse selection of clothes and sizes. I found a gorgeous pink paisley dress. The staff was absolutely amazing, honestly. They were navigating calls from random fans looking for Sookie, all while helping me and wrapping up their day. Seriously, what a lifesaver. A+ for selection, service, and pure kindness.
