I left with the two of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever slipped on and that is saying something because I'm actually in pain right now because my other footwear was creating the problem. I explained that I was going to be out of town this week for the Holiday and wanted to know if I can get the discount that night (considering it was two days before the Holiday). The employee stated that she couldn't give it to me and told me to call back the next day to speak with the owner. I just spoke with the owner and she told me "no" as well. While I understand you want to be fair to everyone, etc. in the grand scheme of things it's just the principal of it and unfortunately they lost my sale. It definitely left a poor taste in my mouth and don't think I will go back.

Crew, Banana Republic, and Aerie, and there's still a large range of stores to choose from. I've only ever been on weekdays, so I can speak to the weekend crowds. Because it's an outdoor mall, take weather into consideration when planning your trip. The last time I went it rained a bit, but some areas are slightly covered so we didn't have to use umbrellas the entire time.
