I showed up 30 minutes before closing and still felt I received the utmost service. My feet were measured, my arch assessed and my walk observed to find the best solution. It turns out my feet grew a whole shoe size. Three options were given and the toe boxes checked for the appropriate amount of room. We found a shoe we both felt worked best and off I went. I am normally a discount and outlet shopper but I was happy to pay full retail to get a good fit and the service needed to make that match. I plan on returning when my shoes need to be replaced.
