I am basing this review on the great customer service and running guidance. My husband and I went to look for new running sneakers for my husband. The great staff member, Dean, helped my husband pick out sneakers with slightly more stability due to some arch issues. Dean watched my husband walk to make sure he recommended the right type of sneaker. My husband was instructed to even jog outside (store is located in strip mall) to make sure the sneakers felt great. I myself got a pair of compression socks. We had a coupon from a ValuPak, so keep an eye out in the mail: 20% off clothing, 15% off sneakers. Also note: the store does carry gps running watches (e.g. Garmin 220), socks, accessories, and clothing.

I worked with someone who had to wear them and she told me how hard they were to get on/off. I reluctantly agreed and was assured insurance would cover the cost. Two months later I got a bill from the medical supply store. When I called I was on hold for fifteen minutes and when she got back on she forgot why I was calling. When I questioned why I received a bill she was extremely rude and told me that I didn't remember my conversation from two months ago. I called my insurance company and found out that I should never have been billed.

This post pertains to the Shrewsbury Store:…read more Visited the store with the intention to purchase a pair of timberland boots for my son. The two young men working on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 were entirely disengaged and on their mobile phones. When my son asked to try a pair of boots on, the sales person suggested that he check the size of the shoes he currently has on rather than measure him. They measured his foot on my suggestion. They then hand him one boot to try on and continues to text on their phones and play with the volume of the music. Neither young man knelt down check the width of the shoe or gauge where his toe was. When my son spoke up and said that the shoe was to large, the sales person only said, " yes Timberland runs big" without a motion or suggestion to offer another size. It was quite possibly the worst shoe experience I have ever had! It's a shame that a new store with apparently quality merchandise employed these two young men. They were clearly more into their phone, music and overall appearance than they were in actually doing their job, servicing the customer and selling the $150 pair of Timberland boots. for my own son, growing up in the age of technology to notice how disengaged these two young men were was the best teachable moment that I could very asked for. This store should without question rethink their hiring practices. Ultimately we walked out of the store, as they snickered. I made sure though to tell my son that in a retail business every sales matters!
