My podiatrist refused to sign it as well as my GP. They both told me the samething. I will not get into it here, but., WARNING it's 100% a scam. This company came to my hospital in October to give out a pair free shoes. I wasn't working that day but a coworker told me that I could fill out a form for sneakers and compression stockings and then they would mail it to me. Bruce bought a pair of shoelaces (technically, bootlaces) to replace the one that had broken. My favorite pair of boots were unwearable without them. I would rate it negative stars if I could. This company is suppose to supply me and my co workers with a pair of shoes for work through our insurance. You are just suppose to fill out a form and have the doctor sign it and fax it and wham shoes. No not the case. They don't offer hardly any of the styles of shoes they say they so. I have placed an order twice. The customer service is outrageous. I have been told I would be called right back and never had a call returned. I have been hung up on. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day. I am just over it. It's like The shittiest company I have ever had to deal with.
