My partner and I both have alot of hobbies and HobbyTown had an amazing selection of items at great prices. I left with a few Gundam models and Pokemon cards with sets I haven't seen elsewhere. My partner is into dungeons and dragons as well as Warhammer and he left with books, models and a few new game sets. There's a good selection- you won't find everything you want but there's certainly some gems in here. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd come back here next time I'm in the area.

Came to HobbyTown Toms River for Pokémon cards. There's a strict "one pack per person" rule --…read moreunless, of course, you're a friend of the staff. I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

Sales person told us to wait a week for 70% off sale and they would be around $110 each. Well went today and they said the discount was already applied. It was a complete bait and switch. They said list price was over $800 which is ridiculous for just frame and glass. Got manager involved and she was no help. I took back other 2 prints from last week and will never go on that store again! Stay away bait and switch proof below!

When I spoke to her, I asked if the job is fun and she coyly giggled and said it is. I asked if I am able to call this weekend to see what time approx. my delivery will take place and was told with the utmost of helpfulness and kindness that I could call in the morning to know what their day of deliveries was looking like. She was so awesome I asked to speak to her manager. When "Trish" the awesome manager came on I let her know about Diana and she said that Diana is awesome. I told her that customer service as a whole is declining and was grateful to deal with a business that values its customers. Trisha got choked up and thanked me profusely. I told her that her humility to take the call and say something so nice should not go unnoticed, thus my stellar review of Edible Arrangements in Freehold. Call them with your orders! We always enjoy ourselves while We r shopping. The store is always clean people are very friendly and so much cool stuff to buy. Today had to be the greatest experience. There was a phenomenal employee Kristi. I don't know if she's a manager, if she's not she should be. Kristi went above and beyond customer service. I had bought a wreath that faded shortly after I bought it. I brought it back to return. I had taken the tag off it and brought the wrong receipt. At first they would not be able to credit me. Then I said I would take it home no worries Kristi gave me a bag for it while I was continuing to shop. As I went on shopping Kristi chased after me found one on the shelf and refunded my money it was only $15 but the quality of customer care out of her was amazing. Very refreshing. Me being in the service industry myself I really appreciate it. GREAT help is hard to find. THANK YOU KRISTI. MADE OUR DAY!!!
