I just discovered this great place and am starting a garden this summer, so it was perfect…read moreserendipity finding it! The interior of the shop is full of beautiful, lush plants of all different kinds. Many are tropical which are grown in Florida while others are grown locally in New Jersey. They are from individual small businesses rather than big box companies which tend to use chalky soil and poorer quality materials that lead to a worse quality plant. The attention to detail is important for happy and healthy plants! I drove in from work about 20 minutes before the shop closed and didn't want to be a bother while the shop owner was closing, but Gabby was so friendly and happy to chat through closing while she helped me pick out some plants to take home. She could easily identify all of the plants I might like to try as a new plant mom, sharing tips and tricks for keeping them healthy and the types of soil I might need for house plants vs gardening. I walked away with two cute new plants and so much helpful gardening info! As I was primarily looking at the small plants, I saw they ranged from around $17ish to mid $20 range. There are also a lot of plant hobby goods for sale like books, decor, and soil. Tiny Greenhouse also has a bunch of social events during the month like candlemaking, sound baths, pizza & herb gardening, and ceramics! I'm so excited to return for an event and most likely pick up another plant!

I got myself a little peperomioides and my grandma a small begonia angel wing that she LOVED I forgot to take a photo! It is so beautiful inside I could look at everything all day. The choices are incredible. It is about 50 mins from me (which is probably a good thing) but I will definitely make a trip back here when I go to the shore!

When we cut the birthday cake (which looked very nice) the dried up icing just fell off the sides of the cake, being stale. I have been a loyal customer of Edible Arrangements for many years but will not be conducting business with them after my most recent purchase. My sister in law's mom passed away last week and my wife and I couldn't attend the funeral last Thursday, so I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my brother and his wife on Friday. I completed the order, got a confirmation that I should have printed but didn't think I would need to since usually you get a confirmation email. Sunday morning, my brother sends me a screenshot of a message from FedEx stating that due to an operational error the package wasn't being delivered. Phone calls to customer service on Sunday were unanswered. Calls to 4 different Edible Arrangements stores throughout NJ were unanswered from 9 am (when they all open) until 2 pm, when I finally got the manager of the Somers Point store, who told me that since I ordered online she couldn't help me. When I mentioned that the website says her store services my brother's area, she said "No it doesn't. I can't help you," and hung up the phone. Today I stopped into the Toms River location, where the door was locked at 1:30 because the computers were down. A phone call to the manager led me back to trying the customer service number. Like many companies, the customer service department was jobbed out to a 3rd world country. Language barriers, 7 second delays, poor connectivity led to them hanging up without attempting to fix the issue! Called again, got a girl in Atlanta (the phone number is a Connecticut number, btw) who serves the franchisees but claimed not to be able to help me. Said she would have a regional manager reach out to me at 3 pm. I'm still waiting! Customer service in this country is going to hell in a hand basket! This is an example of that. Just awful!
