Do Not order from Freehold. I ordered a flower set gift and was delivered by freehold to a friend on 6/15/2024. They called me 6/14 stating that they don't carry the sets I ordered but since I paid for it online, they will replace it with cookies. My friend recieved the delivery and not only are flowers DEAD, they sent her gummies! I called the store and they said they refunded me $20! This is fraud and horrible customer service. I ordered a huge tray of chocolate covered strawberries with this card, and while the tray was great, I wasn't expecting this bad of a printing job on the card. Considering how high the prices are for some of these I really wish they would've taken a second look because it's pretty obvious that it shouldn't look like that. read more

I've never had a bad experience with this company until I received a delivery from this store. My daughter sent a fruit gift, the store said out for delivery at 11am and that they had refrigerated delivery trucks. We received the delivery at 6pm, it came out of an SUV. It was hot out, chocolate covered fruit came out of an SUV. Remember I said that they told me it was out for delivery at 11am in a refrigerated vehicle. Some places should just be out of business. Don't lie, and don't deliver a warm fruit basket with melting chocolate. My daughter wasted her money. I can't recommend this place at all, get your gift fruit baskets somewhere else. read more

I made an order on Saturday 2/6/21. The order included strawberries grapes and pineapple. They forgot the pineapple. They were already closed so I waited until the next day to call. I was told it wasn't a significant part of the plate so they cannot refund me. I asked if I can get a discount on my next order atleast? Lady said no all I can do is apologize and say mention this with your next order so we can do something extra. I said I won't be. Will anyone actually believe my story? And if you can't do standard procedure why ask for more? The strawberries and grapes were beautiful, I was just upset that I couldn't get even a 5% refund or discount saying, sorry we dropped the ball. read more

I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the arrangement. The chocolate strawberries were old (you could tell they were prepared 2 days earlier). The other fruits were also in poor condition. I've had edible arrangements from other locations and I've never received such poor quality. read more

5-20-2020 I called regarding an order I placed online regarding an anniversary gift due to be delivered this weekend. I spoke to Diana who was extremely sweet, professional and helpful. When I spoke to her, I asked if the job is fun and she coyly giggled and said it is. I asked if I am able to call this weekend to see what time approx. my delivery will take place and was told with the utmost of helpfulness and kindness that I could call in the morning to know what their day of deliveries was looking like. She was so awesome I asked to speak to her manager. When "Trish" the awesome manager came on I let her know about Diana and she said that Diana is awesome. I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. When I talked with my mom on Friday to make sure she was going to be home for her delivery, she let me know they were leaving in about 45 mins- 1hour for the weekend! I knew the delivery was going to be sometime that day, so I was in a panic. I call the store, and unfortunately I do not remember who I talked to but he assured me that he would make sure it was delivered within the hour! I stopped in here today (4-9-18) and what a wonderful expierence! The staff was extremely nice and very accomodating. The place was SOO clean, & not to mention the beautiful chocolate covered strawberry cone I got! It was delictable!!!! Beautifully coated with chocolate and huge sweet strawberries for an amazing price!! I will be returning very soon!! I am very excited they will be offering smoothies now! Don't ever go to this location... most horrible customer service by the girl that was working Sunday am... freehold location had the most nasty girl working there yesterday morning. I ordered a fruit platter which was not made correctly.. I explain to her that it was the wrong size and it was made incorrectly and she nastily told me that I should return it if I wasn't happy. I had to go to an engagement get together and had ordered it wrapped up in cellophane to make it look pretty and she did not do that either. When I asked her about it she threw it on the table outside of the store and locked the door.. I had to call back to the store and have her come out so she threw paper over it and barely put any fruit into it and didn't even cut the pineapple that was supposed to be in the middle in the shape of a flower the right way. Obviously it was an inconvenience for her to be working there and maybe she should get a different job. I would never be back again or use this location. Had the Jackson one been open I would've gave them my business but they weren't open. When I called this morning to talk to a manager all she said was I'm really surprised that it was her I never had a problem with her before typical response from a manager who obviously doesn't want to face the problem.
