I'm not really sure why this store was built or exists in the first place. Every time I come here, the grocery section is understocked with tons of empty shelves and even basic produce like bananas are usually disgusting. Not only that, but the grocery prices, selection, and quality are much better at other nearby stores (Wegmans, Aldi, ShopRite, BJ'S, etc.) There is absolutely zero reason to buy food here unless you need a few 'convenience' items. Besides groceries, this store is 'OK' and has a wide selection of your average-to-crappy merchandise, which is usually somewhat organized. The garden center is actually kept up pretty nice. As a plus, this store never really seems to get busy whatsoever unlike other nearby locations (Willow Grove) and has self checkouts (unlike Warminster). This store does not seem sustainable though if it is as slow as I always see it. read more

Just left this store. Had merchandise in my cart- ready to go- UNTIL I got up front to check out. WHY are hardly any registers open? On a very busy Sunday afternoon? Self check out line snaked past women's clothing. The other manned checkouts were very long lines and most people had extremely full carts. I put back ALL of my merchandise. VERY long lines! Never more than 2 checkouts open at a time other than self checkout. Be prepared to wait 30 mins to checkout. As a customer you get the impression that most employees don't care about the level of customer service provided at their store. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of an employee by the name of Jackie who went out of her way to help when no one else would step up. Warrington Walmart needs more Jackie's! read more

This store is horrible. Every time I go into the store and grab what I need, I spend more time standing in line to checkout then I do actually getting what I need. They have 25 registers and two employees working them. The line to checkout is always wrapped around the store. Hire more employees and use the registers you have. read more

Went here to pick up a hand-held mixer (did not want to use my stand mixer) to make cookies on Christmas Eve. They had three different ones, did not want to spend a lot (bc I have a Cuisinart stand mixer) I opted for the middle one. The lines were pretty bad and the cashiers so slow. Went to the express lane, had about five items, waited and waited, watched a bunch of department heads stand around register 16, a couple were on their phones, some were talking, none addressed the lines ... but it's WalMart. Went home took out the mixer, noticed a piece was missing ... looked closer at the mixer and realized it was used. . Plugged it in, IT DIDN'T WORK. Can't understand why they put things back on the shelf without inspecting them. Wonder if it will be back on the shelf after I return it. Going to Target for now on when I need a small appliance. read more

Went to this Walmart to print pictures that were of a very important event to me. It was raining so hard that I took out the disk in my camera so the camera wouldn't get wet. Put the disk in my raincoat pocket while still in my car. I discarded my coffee cup in the trash can outside the door prior to entering. When I put my hand in the pocket the disk was missing. Searched my car and all over the parking lot to no avail. Went to customer service in a panic to see if anyone had turned in the disk. Nothing. I asked to see a manager however the assistant manager was on duty and came out to see me. I explained my plight and said the only place it could be was in the trash receptacle. It must have caught in my sleeve cuff and subsequently fallen into the trash. The assistant manager, Raj, called the maintenance man who was willing to take the trash bag and search it. When he lifted the trash can lid, there at the side on top was the disk. I tried to tip the man but he refused saying it was against company policy. I cannot say enough about these gentlemen who absolutely made my day. Perhaps customers also need to smile and ask how a store employee's day is going. I have had some bad experiences at high end stores where you expect to receive customer service equal to the prices you are paying. read more

You can't beat the prices. Buy my grandkids clothes there. They are cute, stylish and the boy shorts and shirts are the same at more expensive stores. Anyway, just want to say THANK YOU to the manager who took my word for what I thought was the correct lower price. I wasn't going to say anything because I thought by the time he went and checked the shelf price and came back I would really be holding up the line. But the cashier called him right over and just like that he put in the price I gave him. Hope this doesn't get him in trouble, but I will always come to Walmart first before the other stores. I would give your store a 5, but if you are going to have locked dressing rooms you need someone there all the time to open them so we don't have to look for the person with the key. read more

This review is for the tech department. I was there twice in the matter of two weeks to discuss cables for phones, tvs, DVD players etc because I am lacking on my tech knowledge. However, both times I had a young man (2 dif. ones) and both of them were very nice and helpful. It was nice to actually get what I needed, because I had advice. read more

We all know that Walmart has a really bad reputation but this location is the absolute worse by its self. My wife and I always do a grocery pick up because it makes our life much easier because we have a baby at home. I live in Delco but my office is in this area. On Friday 2/12/21, we did an grocery order here and the pick up time was 5-6. I showed up about 10-15 minutes early and I wasn't expecting the order to be done. So I called to let them know I was outside just to let them know. They told me that my order was not ready yet which is understandable. So I went in the door for about 30 minutes or so. When I came back outside my car was still the only one out there. Around 6:15, there were about 4 other cars waiting for their grocery order. One car had gotten there which wasn't as large as my order and I was very confused on why I did not have my order. So I waited until 6:30 and I still didn't have my order! So I called and let them know that I was still waiting and that I was there for almost 2 hours waiting. I finally got my order around 6:45 and that is completely unacceptable to me. If the staff is short handed or if my order was too larger to fulfill, THEN LET ME KNOW! I could've just don't the shopping myself and I would've been there less time. Delco is about an hour away from this location and I still have to get home to my baby I'm a timely manner. They knew I was there the whole time, no one called me back to update me what was going on, no one came outside to check on me, my wife's email is set up to the order and no one updated her either. Communication is key and all they had to do was update us. My order was over $500 and I will definitely spend it another location next time. The store is really nice on the inside and outside, but I will never spend my money here again and I will not be returning to this locations at all. One of the workers told me that the manger of the store would give me a call on Saturday to apologize and to send us a five card but they NEVER HAPPENED! If you can, stay away! read more

Was excited because I found a Walmart that still cuts fabric. The excitement quickly became agitation. The person that was called to cut the fabric didn't know what 1/2 a yard was. Even with the help of a yardstick. The girl who was in front of me had to show him where 1/2 a yard was. Then as he was cutting it he didn't hold it down enough the fabric was moving around. Yeah I put every bolt, that took me almost an hour to pick out,back on the shelves. Even put back all the remnants back. How do I know he didn't measure those? read more

Walmart sold a defective propane bottle to me, when taken back to replace it the Garden Manager said they didn't have any full tanks. I went outside to check, had full bottles in the cage. I did take pictures, I was lyied by the manager. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but I've had enough I am at the Walmart practically daily and dont ever have a problem UNLESS I go to customer service first off I'm standing there for about 4 minutes while two employees talk about who they could call to come in early so the one could leave early I mean its 9am you just got here do that crap when you dont have someone waiting. The woman at the counter is so ignorant I dont know how she has a job! I asked a question and you would've thought I was bothering this woman's life I am so angry right now the lady just kept repeating the amount of my transaction but wait I have a question about this she just said I am not the information desk wait! To the gray bearded "gentleman" that walked up to my daughter to ask for help, but when she turned around, before she could say a word you said, "You look miserable, I'm going to go find someone else." And then stormed off and made further nasty comments about her (loud enough so she could hear him) to another associate. If every customer were as rude as you, how could she not be miserable? Just so you know, walmart workers are people, they have feelings and she has been through heartache after heartache and has been going through a very rough time. If she looks miserable, here's an idea try to be nice. Maybe she made a face when she turned around, I can't say, or maybe it was something in your tone that she knew you were going to be difficult before she even laid eyes on you, I don't know that either. But what I do know is that she's a hard worker and she would have done her best to help you regardless of the pain she goes through. read more

Ordered an in stock item at 1200 for pick up. Got email that said estimated pick up 1:22. Stopped in at 2:23- young man at counter said they have not unloaded the truck -call back after 6. Well, call placed at 6:18 and no one answered and I drove 5 miles with the call still ringing when I arrived at the counter at 6:45. I told the young lady there was no need to answer the phone as I was now here. And of course- no item. ' I think we're sold out' I'm told ... . I reminded them that they had them listed on their website as in stock items and I never received any notice stating they were sold out .. In fact I received a second email giving me a time of 3:27. It would have been helpful if someone in customer service could have answered their phone to speak to me before I wasted my whole afternoon waiting for an item that I needed but now will not get. If someone answered the phone i would have had this earlier. 'Customer service'- laughable ! I think you need to review how to actually provide this service. read more

I know it's Walmart, but this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Depressing environment. Shelves not stocked. Merchandise just thrown around as if it were a rummage sale. Two checkout registers were open with several people in line, most of whom were doing their large grocery shopping. I went to the self checkout, where there was no room to place your merchandise after you scanned it yourself. The computer at the register had a problem and wouldn't let me proceed scanning items. No one was around to help me. I finally was able to get someone to help me. I paid for my order with my credit card. When I was ready to leave, the same person who assisted me with the computer asked me if I paid for my items. I said "Yes". She said, "well, where's your receipt?". If she had been in her position, doing her job, she would have know I had paid. I was so insulted, I almost went to customer service to return the items. Lazy workers. Horrible, horrible experience. They make their customers feel like criminals. read more

I must say this store is well stocked! The workers are helpful. I thought it would stop after a few months of business being opened. I prefer to shop here if I am in the neighborhood. Hope this one does not go down like Willow Grove. read more
