Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. Rude employees who yell at you when asking about a product being in stock. Almost every cash register is turned off even during peak business hours and with long lines. I think Shaq has a better chance of hitting a free throw than receiving an error free delivery. Many of my favorite staples are also no longer being stocked here as well despite abundant availability in other locations.
