Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. This is exactly how a store should be run. Highly recommend.

Mounted on each shelf in front of every item is a price along with a QR code. Today, I had a feeling that the items in the shelf were not in the right place and since there was no SKU on the price marker l tried to scan the QR code. Of course without Internet access it didn't work. To me it seems like for Walmart the benefits of allowing Internet access for customer convenience outweigh the chance that customers will do comparison pricing with other stores. Rude employees who yell at you when asking about a product being in stock. Almost every cash register is turned off even during peak business hours and with long lines. I think Shaq has a better chance of hitting a free throw than receiving an error free delivery. Many of my favorite staples are also no longer being stocked here as well despite abundant availability in other locations. Hopefully the length of this review will also help clearly illustrate the intense feeling of frustration I've been experiencing recently shopping here.
