I waited in the drive through line at this Rite Aid store for over an hour. My prescription was…read morestated to be ready by 11:45 AM. I got in line at 11:45AM. After sitting in line for an hour I was told my prescription was still being worked on and could I loop back in line. I explained I had been in line for an hour and that there were 15 cars behind me. I told the associate I would wait at the window since the prescription was now an hour past due. The associate obtained another associate(possibly Manager?) who gave me the same direction. She did not apologize for my wait or seem concerned at all when she asked me to go back in line. I held senior management positions in retail until I retired 2 years ago and have not experienced this lack of empathy or concern ever. How easy would it have been for the second associate to apologize and quickly throw a few pills in a bottle? Incredible! I will move my and my wife's prescriptions to Walgreens.

Had to switch to this drugstore as it is the preferred pharmacy for my prescription plan…read more Drugstore has a very old time feel and limited inventory but have been so disappointed in the service back at the pharmacy and the lack of confidence in handling my medications. I have had multiple issues with getting prescriptions filled and what upsets me more is their insistence in going over my prescription, prescription I have been on for years. Other pharmacies will ask if you want to consult with pharmacy they don't. They do not give option. I would prefer the pharmacist focus on getting my prescription correct rather than going through a drug I have been on for some time. Line at Pharmacy tends to be long and often times the wait is quite long. They do offer delivery which is a nice service but I have not used because I do not feel they will fill my prescriptions correctly. Will probably just pay more and go back to either Price Chopper or Target where I get better service and the personnel know me. If you want a prescription transferred forget it they don't care to be bothered. Don't care for this pharmacy at all.

Mounted on each shelf in front of every item is a price along with a QR code. Today, I had a feeling that the items in the shelf were not in the right place and since there was no SKU on the price marker l tried to scan the QR code. Of course without Internet access it didn't work. To me it seems like for Walmart the benefits of allowing Internet access for customer convenience outweigh the chance that customers will do comparison pricing with other stores. That is the only reason I can think of for completely disabling access.

Rude employees who yell at you when asking about a product being in stock. Almost every cash register is turned off even during peak business hours and with long lines. I think Shaq has a better chance of hitting a free throw than receiving an error free delivery. Many of my favorite staples are also no longer being stocked here as well despite abundant availability in other locations. Hopefully the length of this review will also help clearly illustrate the intense feeling of frustration I've been experiencing recently shopping here.
