I stopped in while traveling to pick up a few supplements and I'm glad I chose this location. The service was genuinely excellent. Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. This is exactly how a store should be run. Highly recommend.

Garro's doesn't have that. They have very few parking spots too... After sitting in line for an hour I was told my prescription was still being worked on and could I loop back in line. I explained I had been in line for an hour and that there were 15 cars behind me. I told the associate I would wait at the window since the prescription was now an hour past due. The associate obtained another associate(possibly Manager?) who gave me the same direction. She did not apologize for my wait or seem concerned at all when she asked me to go back in line. I held senior management positions in retail until I retired 2 years ago and have not experienced this lack of empathy or concern ever.
