Attracting shoppers in-store, in real time used to be the holy grail of retailing. They euphemistically called it traffic. Now, I just call it gridlock.Between the personal shoppers and the restockers clogging the aisles, "traffic" at Walmart is at a standstill. Look, I get it, it's Walmart so I have no real expectations. However, I'd like to snag a bottle of salad dressing sometime this century without having to fight the product pickers on their mobile scaffolding. As always the super center has a great selection of food and merchandise at low prices. It's most but not all the Employees and customers that makes this location hard to deal with. The store is as clean as can be expected, considering there could be trash on the floor and some employees will walk right past it without picking it up. Unlike the Walmart neighborhood market, I believe this super center's employees are not required to use the 10 foot rule either. The 10 foot rule requires all employees to smile and greet customers that are within ten feet of them. I don't believe this is asking for too much considering it's done In other stores. So I tend to greet first and only about half of the employees will actually say hello and smile back, others will look at me and keep walking. This all falls on store management. 5 stars to all of you employees that make the effort to be friendly towards your customers. read more

Yes, the store is updated and because of the proximity to the Walmart Home Office in neighboring Bentonville, they're definitely nicer and with some different features. My experience has been that the closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer your shopping will go. That held true here. Clean, tidy, well stocked, organized. No carts in the parking lot corrals. The rest room was one of the nicest I've been to. They have a "Heath" department here (closed when I arrived at 8:30 pm) to see a medical professional. This Walmart does tolerate overnight RV parking in their lot. I wasn't the only one here when I closed up and went to sleep at 9pm. I was not disturbed at all. Stop in here a while back to pick up some steaks for a lake bbq we was going to. This is a nice Walmart and they have a great selection of steaks. I was able to find 4 great Ribeyes for 9 bucks a piece. The steaks was absolutely delish for coming outa Walmart. The store is so nice and very clean read more

Great place to get groceries. Always fun to explore the different aisles & the clearance items. It was close ish to the hotel... Shocking on the milk prices here... $1.38 a gallon... So I went to purchase a pallet MagSafe charger. Price was cheaper if ordered online. They said they don't price match online. So did online order then was told had to wait 3 hours to pick it up dumbest thing I've seen from a store. Will not order from Walmart. Was just in this Walmart in the Computer Department looking to buy a computer and all the computers where locked up therefore I went to ask the women at the counter for assistance with purchasing a computer that showed as available for purchase today in store, the women declined to help us and said "we only have what's there, if it's not there we don't have it" she refused to walk away from the counter and show us the computer we where wanting to purchase. She was Very Rude and Racist!! If she does not like her job then maybe find a different one but treating people like that is not right!! Walmart should be more careful with the people they hire!! Since this White Women declined to help us, we ended up Purchasing this same Computer Online For Pick Up at this Same Location for later today. Terrible service. We went in for a fishing license. Apparently only 2 employees in the entire store know how to do that and they are both at lunch. So we wander around the store to kill the 20 min until they are due back. After another 20 min (40min total) and asking 3 other employees to page someone or ask a manager for help we left without any licenses. read more

I love this walmart, besides the fact they are the closest to my house, they usually have everything on my list. Ok so there may be a few things I can't find sometimes but they always help me when I ask for something. Even if I can not remember the name of the item, I can usually explain it to them and between us all we can figure out if they have it or not. Lol. Yes I watch a lot of cooking shows and see some strange things and then all the sudden I'm like oh yeah I wanta try that one thing but all the ingredients sometimes are not my normal items so I forget what they are called. I've been to this Walmart Supercenter a few times. I much rather go to the one in Bentonville, which is much nicer, cleaner and more organized. I know that since it is store 100 that is why, but still why can't more Walmart's model that. It is fine, nothing too bad, just usually seems more on the disorganized side. Also, every time I've asked someone a question or help they have no idea how to help me neither do they try to help me. Overall, it is a fine store and you can usually find what you need, but they need to step it up in the customer service department. read more

I'm from California and our WalMart stores are disorganized, out of stock, and a mess. This is based on a sample size of about 5 stores in CA. I found this particular location to be clean, well organized, and a nice experience. For those who have negative reviews - you need to visit a store in California. Recently I purchased a patio set it was in the back of the store, I couldn't find a single person to help me in the retail side. A gentleman named Chris that works in the automotive side and walked past me and noticed that I needed help, and he quickly jumped on top of it. He found a open cart helped me load a 200 pound patio set on the car and he went as far as taking it to my truck for me and loading it into my truck. This store needs more people like Chris! He made a frustrating experience 10 times better with his positive attitude and his strong work ethic! He made my needs a priority and delivered excellent customer service! I wouldn't be surprised to see Chris in a manager position, and hopefully he has the opportunity to train other Walmart associates. read more

I come here every time I come from California and I feel like I'm at home. People are always friendly. Nothing wrong with the store itself. the problem at this wal-mart comes with management I had to return a small item to the store and was given the 3rd degree by manager Jerimiah he come over and yelled at me then treated me like a criminal, my advice is get your grocery's here but anything else buy elsewhere. I ordered tires through this store before, and had issues then. For some reason (4 years later) I stopped at this location and tried again. The customer service was excellent and they ordered my tires right away. The next day they were in and I left work a little early to give them time to put them on. I arrived at 5pm. There were 4 technicians and only 2 cars in the bays. (One was getting an oil change) For 2 hours I watched other cars come and go getting oil changes and one tire rotation. At 7pm I asked for my keys back, since my truck hadn't been moved and technicians were standing around. The attendant told me sorry they never got my truck in, but no explanation why. I know why...They didn't have my keys in the right rotation to be worked on. He offered me priority handling the next time I went in. Trust me, there won't be a next time!!! I'm done with wal-mart and their tire centers. After this episode, I tried Sams Club in Springdale. It was worse (believe it or not) and they just don't care! Wal-mart needs to get out of the tire business. read more

This is for the auto center... Do not bother getting your vehicle serviced at this location. Workers are rude and could careless about your business. They would rather spend their time on the phone giving tire quotes than check in paying customers. And when one leaves after ten minutes in line.... They yell at you like it is your problem. Then when you call the store to report the nonsense.... They put you on hold. Never again! Sam Walton would be livid! read more

This is review on their auto center. I should had listened to fellow yelper's post. Agree that the customer service is non existant. I went in for headlight change and they tell me that my while headlight is broken. I took my car to a mechanic only to be told that the bulb I purchased at walmart is defective. They even proved it to me by moving the good bulb on one headlight to the other and it lit up. read more

The Auto Care Center should be called the Auto Careless Center! We went Wednesday to get my tire-tread measured to utilize the mileage warranty, and were told by the manager that it would be about 2 hours... before they could even just measure them, plus time to put them on if needed. He said I could make an appointment, and told me that the appt would assure that a spot would be saved, and we would be priority. At our appt time last night the manager was not there, and I was told that it would be 45 mins before they could get to me because a man had been waiting for 2 hours for a tire change. I told him that I shouldn't have to wait as we had an appt, and he said that he only had one tire tech, and had told him that, but the tech refused to get to us yet. After 30 mins I asked if they could please just measure them so we could leave if they wouldn't be putting new ones on, and he said they would do that, but it would be over 2 hours before they could put them on. They jacked my car up and went back to working on the other man's tire, so after another 15 mins we just told him to give the car back and we were leaving. Another customer in there came to me and said "It's not just you having trouble; they took off the wrong tires on our car, and replaced them with the wrong new tires!" It wouldn't have bothered me so much but I'm driving from Eureka Springs to get this done. I don't think they should have an appt schedule if they refuse to utilize it! read more
