Absolutely the worst in customer service!! You can shop for hours without an employee ever speaking a word to you! I have even checked out and the employee at the register did not say a word. I tried to return a humidifier that was used ONCE that leaked and they wouldn't take it back without the INSTRUCTION BOOK!!!!! I called to speak to a manager about it and he HUNG UP ON ME!!! So I called the 800 number to complain and they said the Market Manager would call me in three days... never happened. I will never step foot in the Red Bluff walmart again! read more

This aging Wal Mart is defintley past it's prime. Very narrow aisles that are ALWAYS packed with shoppers, no matter what time of day you go. God help you if you ever dare to shop there between the 1st and 5th of each month, as it is usually extremely crowded. Here you will see your favorite WalMart shoppers loading up on over processed junk food, tube socks, and bags of Ol'Roy dog food. The employees on a scale of one to ten, with helpfulness and friendliness.......about 6. I have recently started to shop at CVS instead, especially since I aquired my handy dandy club card. CVS is virtually deserted so you can shop in peace and quiet (might be due to their higher prices), and you are always greeted by a very bored, but friendly cashier just begging for business in her lane.......unlike Walmart. Walmart needs to either remodel, or build that super center, that seems to be at the center of so much controversy. read more

Worst walmart ever and that's saying something. We waited in line for 30 mins, the cashier had an issue with a transaction and instead of opening a new check stand, had everyone stand around, stewing in our anger. The cashier said she couldn't cancel the transaction. What a load of bull. I've worked in retail, and you don't let other customers sit in line for 30 mins. This is why I stick to target, Walmart you get an F. read more

Yeap Im giving walmart 5 stars... why because on black Friday this place had it together. Wife sent me to get the pioneer woman cook set....blue to exact found the spot and sized up my competition, and planned my grab. 6 pm hits and its go time. Made my way in getting pushed and shoved but everyone said excuse me sorry i was like wow. Got my prize and headed to where my wife was. The workers directed traffic down the isles in a very professional way. Was showed where to check out and was guided and very polite way got checked out. Way to go walmart read more

Just because walmart has low prices doesn't mean its ok to have low quality customer service. Everytime I go there to send money they always have one girl working the desk and another just hanging out watching while the line gets long and people angry. The workers walkaway from the desk without bothering to let you know they saw you. Just plain out rude girls. If it wasn't such a small town I would never shop there. But as of right now I have no other choice. Horrible store employees. read more

the store is always dirty, no matter how busy the store is there are never more than 4 lines open it seems. The employees are hard to find and if they are found very few know enough about products be be of any help. I personally avoid this store as much as I can . This is one of THE best Walmarts...a great supercenter with everything. I wish I had a Walmart like this in Eureka as the one in Eureka is a sampler store (doesn't have much). The selection in the Red Bluff store is excellent and the customer service is excellent. There are a couple comments on here that mention the store manager by name and that she was awful to them. I don't know what happened between them, but I met Kim Turner, the manager yesterday and she is nice as can be. read more

Never would I think I'd give Wal Mart 4 stars. In comparison to the Wal Marts in Reno, NV this store is the Macy's of the large retailer. The new store is clean, well organized and stocked better then I'm accustomed to. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Big kuddos to the ladies in the bakery, went above and beyond. Was great to have them slice the fresh loafs of bread vs. me squishing the crap out of the fresh bed with a knife. Too bad I live 4 hours away, otherwise I'd be shopping here. If you live in Red Bluff, don't have high expectations if you visit Reno Wal Marts, in fact have bare minimum standards and be grateful for your store. read more

Customer service at this Walmart is extremely lacking. You often are made to feel like you've inconvenienced them greatly. I hate it when you are in a department and need help - like the sporting goods dept - and there isn't a Walmart employee for miles. You've got to wander the store and hope you run into one. The next thing is the front desk - where you must go if you have the unfortunate need to return an item - plan on a good 30 minute wait - unless its between the first and the fifth - then you are in for a good hour or more. They also always seem to be doing some sort of construction. Unfortunately they get away with this less than satisfactory performance because they have no real competition in town. read more

Where did America stop teaching customer service? Answer: the Red Bluff Walmart. The employees here are ridiculous. They expect you to get out of their way in the isles. Walmart here in CA is so messy compared to Hawaii walmart. I find myself at target instead.

They know they are the only place in town and the customer service reflects it. The store is dirty and anyone working there does not accommodate customers. They barge in front of you with carts etc with total disregard for making you feel important. Good thing they have good deals. read more

I really enjoy going to walmart here in red bluff california because I always get excellent customer service everbody answers that if you need help there in a few don't need help to give you your space I feel I always feel welcome and I really enjoy shopping there. read more

Managment is spineless when it comes to letting people shop with dogs. Service animals are ok but it is obvious when people are taking advantage of a service set aside and allowed for people who really need it. It is going to take someone getting bitten for this to come to a halt and I hope it's me. Lawsuits. I have only been to this Walmart location and not seen a dog twice since I have lived in the area for 2 1/2 years. Get it together and stop being so spineless. Deny entry to non service animals. You slice deli meat in your store for heaven's sake and let's not forget about the large pile of shit I almost stepped in a year ago. read more

Citizens of Red Bluff boycott this Walmart! You deserve better customer service and a better stores to shop at. My parents were traveling through Northern CA and had a tire blow out on their car. They called AAA Insurance and the gentleman came to their rescue but only put the cars dough nut tire on until Walmart opened the next morning. Walmart processed to sell them a tire but because it wasn't the exact tire they had on their car, my father who is 80 years old had to do the work himself. Shame on you Walmart. Screw your company polices! Take care of the people who keep you in buisness! I wished I lived closer, I would stand outside your store and let people know how you treat your customers. read more

one star is to much. they should have minus 5. the store is gross, the ppl working there can careless, except for a few ppl that really care about being there. the aisles got even smaller and u cant fit 2 carts next to eachother without hitting someone. when u have a store like this u have ppl shopping there that feel the same way. very poor rating. pick it up or get out. this place needs to be shut down and rethought, if they cant change they need to stop what there trying to do all together. read more
