Ordered 9 windows with screens for $9500 in November...put them on my Home Depot card. They were very prompt with taking the order and our money...however, the deliver took the maximum amount of time for delivery. I was out of town on business when they installed and I couldn't believe the poor workmanship from their 3rd party vendor. I am pretty sure we were told it would be HD personnel doing the install. Anyway, and regardless the install was horrible. I complained and an installer from the 3rd party company and a HD rep came to our house...they took were "shocked" at the poor installation. When the original installers came, the didn't have the screens for the bathroom windows. They did nothing to inform HD of this shortage. Only when they came back to examine the poor installation were they informed...or at least that is what they said...who knows. Anyway, after several emails back in forth with the company telling how important this is, still no screens. I even told them they could just ship them to me and I will install. Today, May 2, yes, 5 months later I finally have given them two weeks to get me the screens or I will just have a reputable local company provide them for me and try and recover my cost from HD. My neighbor was going to have HD do their windows, but not after our experience. We also decided not to order a nearly $2000 custom door from HD after this experience. Buyer beware...completely over promise and under deliver...too bad, not the company they used to be. I will add, everyone we have encountered at the store is great, but their in home dept. simply doesn't have it together.

This business had my walk-behind Honda lawnmower for 4 weeks for a simple tuneup and blade…read moresharpening. Every time I called there were 1 or 2 in the queue before me. My last call was answered by the female rep. I tried to explain my frustration to no avail as she talked over me, not allowing any input. I even tried pointing out that she was talking over me, but she was determined to have the last word. I finally asked if any work had been started. She said NO. I said DON'T START I will pick it up. Now I understand their 1.5 star rating. I took my mower down the street to a 4.5 star rated facility.

While changing out the rope the darn spring came out. The next day I took the shield, rope, spring and plastic piece that the rope goes on to the shop asking if they could put the spring back on..an hour later I returned for the parts. I was expecting to pay maybe $20 as a price was never discussed. Nope $47 ..I was shocked! They told me the rope I brought them was too big. I received an excuse when I told them they had sold me the pull rope the day before and I had to even ask for the previous purchased pull rope back. When I questioned the high price I was told it was for labor, parts and the pull rope..only parts I did not bring them was a washer and a screw as I was not expecting it to be put together.. I went home and after the 1st pull the rope will not retract. Based on reading past reviews and the fact that they like to comment on their bad reviews always blaming the customer I won't ever walk into this business again..

This place is a candy store for any person who works with their hands. From a contractor to a DIY…read morelooking for those hard to find items. Not a Home Depot or Lowes.... this place carry far more stuff typically not carried in a store. They self all sort of nuts and bolts, individually, box.... you can even call ahead to request your order. This place is a gem and I wish them the best. Not often can you find places like this. I'm told they have 5 locations, this being the least with items to offer. I would travel far to do businesses with them and Highly recommend everyone stop by and give a shot at earning your business
