I was looking for an item that I didn't think they would stock because I've never seen it before at their stores. I asked an employee, he looked it up and said it shows in their system that they might have some in stock. Then a second employee got involved, then they sent me to another employee. He looked for the part, but they were out of stock. I've never experienced that much helpful service at a Home Depot, Nice store, good location, with plenty of parking. They did look it up and told me where I could get one close to their location,

I'm writing this review because I trusted Home Depot, and that trust is the reason this experience…read morehas been so disappointing. I've shopped at Home Depot for years and always believed they were a reliable, professional company. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I spent almost $8,000 on a Tuff Shed through Home Depot, and because of that, I trusted Tuff Shed's salesman to guide me professionally through the process. Home Depot was the retailer, so I assumed the partnership meant I would receive honest, accurate, and professional guidance. Instead, the salesman crossed multiple boundaries. He came to my home, acted like a contractor, gave me instructions on how to finish the inside, and then had me meet him at Home Depot so he could walk me through a supply list. He positioned himself as an expert and guided me toward a model that turned out to be completely wrong for what I needed. The loft height he represented was inaccurate, the installation was rushed, and the guidance he gave about insulation, placement, and preparation was incorrect. His involvement blurred professional lines and created confusion that ultimately led to a Tuff Shed that did not match what was promised. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was offered $1,000 -- but only if I signed a confidentiality agreement and released both Home Depot and Tuff Shed from all future claims. I refused because the offer didn't reflect the misrepresentation or the inappropriate behavior I experienced. After declining, corporate never acknowledged my emails or followed up. I'm sharing this review so future customers understand that the sales process, communication, and resolution practices surrounding Tuff Shed purchases through Home Depot can be misleading, boundary‑crossing, and dismissive. This was not the professional experience I expected from a company I trusted.

I'm finally back home to spend some time at my house and I'm seeing my back yard, I got some trees…read morethat need trimming. Not big giant lumberjack needed kinda trees, just some low branches that need trimming. I heard of these chainsaws that are battery powered and not very heavy and safe enough for someone like me to use and not have it kick back and chop my head off or something. I got a guy friend to go with me down to Harbor Freight Tools cause that's suppose to be a place to get tools and the like for not too much money. The quality might not be professional level, but for occasional use homeowner like me it good. We get down there and look around. I do find a couple of options for cordless chainsaws, but wait, hey, they don't include the battery for the saw! Who sells a tool without the battery included? So I looked around and I think they have some batteries, but I'm not really sure they the ones that fit exactly, and the cost is really adding to the total. It kinda pisses me off that the tools don't just come with the battery, so OK, screw it, I'll go look somewhere else. I guess we'll have to drive to Redding and look at Lowe's or Home Depot. At least we can get a nicer lunch up there in Redding.

They had plenty of green ones and no blue ones. I told her I really preferred the blue. A moment later, a guy came out from the inventory with one last blue one. That was great service. I purchased the blue one and she told me more will be in stock on Thursday. So I will pick one up then. The store is in a great location with plenty of parking, and very clean and orderly. The price was good compared to everywhere else that I had shopped.

After 3 long weeks, my wife came to pick it up and was shocked when she was told the service bill was $250, $30 less than what they sell a brand new one out-the-door with tax, and much more than the online price! When she asked "why didn't you call and tell us beforehand?" The owner responded "you didn't ask for a price quote". This is the type of business that prioritize quick cash over their customers best interests. We paid, but will never set foot in that place again. Perhaps you should consider doing the same. We have plenty of options in the area...

My last call was answered by the female rep. I tried to explain my frustration to no avail as she talked over me, not allowing any input. Now I understand their 1.5 star rating. I took my mower down the street to a 4.5 star rated facility.

Not a Home Depot or Lowes.... this place carry far more stuff typically not carried in a store. They self all sort of nuts and bolts, individually, box.... you can even call ahead to request your order. This place is a gem and I wish them the best. Not often can you find places like this. I'm told they have 5 locations, this being the least with items to offer. I would travel far to do businesses with them and Highly recommend everyone stop by and give a shot at earning your business
