I caught a recently hired employee one in their employ for approximately 2 or 3 months ,telling…read morelies to me on 2 consecutive days of July 09 and July 10 a Thursday and following Friday .I mentioned to that employee that I had caught them at those 2 lies on those days.Employee response ( Megan ) the heat makes me not think right sometimes I don't know what I am saying.She then stated that she did not believe that she owed me anything. Corning Police department was contacted about that interaction between myself and that employee and I have been banned from that location by management under threat of police being called if I return there ,I was already practicing avoidance of that employee due to her dishonesty and had mentioned that to other employees at that store ,I discussed the incident in detail and have reached out to Corning P.D. to relay my truthful account of events in opposition to whatever doctored version they must have been told .The manager knows me well and has been fully made aware of my position on all this but must back his employee in order to avoid the appearance of a hostile work environment ,I don't envy his position In all of this ,I am a long time customer have done continuous business with that store since it's grand opening there and have had many friends there and never a problem there prior to the hiring of that new employee (Megan)

I spent almost $8,000 on a Tuff Shed through Home Depot, and because of that, I trusted Tuff Shed's salesman to guide me professionally through the process. Home Depot was the retailer, so I assumed the partnership meant I would receive honest, accurate, and professional guidance. Instead, the salesman crossed multiple boundaries. He came to my home, acted like a contractor, gave me instructions on how to finish the inside, and then had me meet him at Home Depot so he could walk me through a supply list. He positioned himself as an expert and guided me toward a model that turned out to be completely wrong for what I needed. The loft height he represented was inaccurate, the installation was rushed, and the guidance he gave about insulation, placement, and preparation was incorrect. His involvement blurred professional lines and created confusion that ultimately led to a Tuff Shed that did not match what was promised. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was offered $1,000 -- but only if I signed a confidentiality agreement and released both Home Depot and Tuff Shed from all future claims. I refused because the offer didn't reflect the misrepresentation or the inappropriate behavior I experienced. After declining, corporate never acknowledged my emails or followed up. I'm sharing this review so future customers understand that the sales process, communication, and resolution practices surrounding Tuff Shed purchases through Home Depot can be misleading, boundary‑crossing, and dismissive. This was not the professional experience I expected from a company I trusted.
