!!!Beware!!! Purchased 4 tires for my GMC 3500HD scheduled install at Plymouth NH store. I live in Columbia and this was the closest store, 2 hrs 1 direction. Leave the truck with service to have tires installed go start my shopping get an email 10 minutes later appointment canceled, whats up with that. Go to service counter speak with tech who proceeds to tell me my truck weighs 12000 lbs and is to heavy for the lift. They already canceled my appointment and started a refund for the install what about the tires well you have to call this 800 number to get a return ok load them in the back of my truck. Meantime I already know the truck weighs no where near 12,000 lbs that is the GVRW, the curb weight is 8206 lbs but I could tell they needed an excuse the whole crew played into the fact it was to big for their lift and proceeded to tell me the crapy equipment that walmart provides them to work with. I drive another 2hrs home and call the number for the store manager they had a big sign on the wall in the service department and get a menu for all the departments store directory. Dial zero for operator speak to person on the other end who tells me the manager is busy and cant take my call, I tell her I have a problem with automotive and need to speak with her; ok you'll have to wait a few minutes she is busy ok so hold. Dead air crickets waiting holding...after 3 minutes I hang up fuming my time is valuable too. I would not have any work on my vehicle that does not know how to look up specifications on a vehicle so I'd BEWARE! if you go their expecting to get work done to your car feeling lucky. read more

This is specifically about their pick up service. I've been charged but not given items multiple times (when another family member picks up our order without knowing what was on the list). They do not call when they notice they did not give bags of your items. When you notice and try to call the department, it will ring 50 times before an automated voice comes on saying "sorry" before hanging up on you. You have to go out there to speak to someone. No customer service and frequent mess ups. If they'd answer and you don't want to go back to the store they could at least credit your card over the phone (they can obviously see the bags they didn't give you right in front of them). If a customer didn't notice they didn't get their items at all, they wouldn't know to go back and would still be charged--which is essentially Walmart stealing your money. read more

Over the years I have had so many problems there I can't believe they are still in business. I have asked employees where something was and been told it was on the complete opposite area from where it was. I had 2 tires changed because of a hole in one of them. paid to have the bad tire disposed of, only to find out they sent me home with the bad tire and kept the good tire. when I went back they said they couldn't find it (an hour later) when I saw it tucked away in the back, like someone was hiding it for some reason. I have gotten horribly sick after eating cooked chicken strips. I have seen many times where they shelf things in the wrong spot with a different price, if you aren't paying close enough attention at checkout it causes time consuming nightmares to fix the issue. I bought someone a present and got the extended warranty. 1 month later it stopped working, they brought it in and was told it had to be sent out to be fixed. 6 weeks later they finally got it back. 10 days later it stopped working again. When they again brought it back, they were told that they already used the warranty, too bad (paraphrased). I dealt with all this and more over the years, until a resent problem with a robotic worker caused them to ban me from the store unless I call the corporate office and beg forgiveness. My stand is that I will not shop there until they send me a formal letter of apology. No, I will not get over it. I once held a grudge for 35 years over a peanut butter sandwich, only letting it go when when the other person died. God is in the forgiving business, not me. read more

So I was in the Walmart with my friend. Lol. It was a great time. I found a cute Grogu outfit and sent a picture to my daughter. I don't generally shop at Walmart because it is usually really annoying and stressful. This visit however was a bit different. I wanted to make sure I give credit where credit is due. So the store first off was rather clean. Yes, surprising for Walmart. Maybe it's the location. Needless to say I went to the electronics department because the case for my phone is getting old and worn and really needed a new one. There was a gentleman standing behind the counter. I approached he greeted me kindly immediately. I explained what I was looking for and he without hesitation brought me to where the items were and showed me. After talking with him and having him ring me out I found out he hadn't even clocked in yet but he saw I was having trouble finding what I needed and wanted to help. What stellar customer service and initiative from that specific employee. Thanks to Matt's work ethic and manners I got what I needed. The case for my Iphone 13 promax was $16 and works like a charm. The value was definitely worth the price. read more

If I could give less than one, I would. Walmart is a joke on any given day, but today Plymouth took the prize again for being absolutely ridiculous! Had an appointment at 930 for an oil change that I made two days ago. Instead of keeping me updated I did all the things after a mini storm. And I still get there for 9:35 and was told that it was going to be an hour and a half wait. HELL NO!! To make a long story short, the woman told me I was being aggressive!! Are you shitting me? If you think that was aggressive lady, you don't know me very well. I will NEVER walk into that store again period. read more

We purchased tires at the Walmart auto center and paid for them to be balanced and installed. The car was shaking at highway speeds so we took it back 4 different times, they we either booked up or unable to fit us in so it took us over a month of going back and forth. Finally, the manager said you need an alignment that the balance is fine. We ended up giving up and taking the car to Sullivan tire and they said your alignment is fine although your tires are not balanced correctly!!! We called the manager and he said nothing we can do after 30 days. I would never bring my car back to this place they are incompetent, and the customer service is nonexistent read more

Walmart manager would not return the ammunition I but 2 hours earlier that day. She said it was their policy on ammo and that it was posted on the display. The sales person never told me that. So I went to the display shelf area and did not observe any signs saying all sales final. What a joke. I will encourage all my friends and family to shop elsewhere. read more

We visit this Walmart quite often and I'm always very pleased with what we need we get same as today everything we needed we got friendly service by all the people we've met we needed something we asked they always have the right information sent us in the right direction ! I try to shop in smaller, locally owned stores when possible, but there are just some things you can only find in a bigger store like Walmart. A recurring problem I've found in the Plymouth NH store is that stock is very poorly organized in their displays. I was shopping for a small portable heater recently and found a number of boxes on the shelves with no corresponding price tags on any of the surrounding shelves. Looking for men's briefs, and several shelves were completely bare, with a handful of very large and very small sizes left over. Walmart must be doing enough volume and on line sales to make up for not paying attention to what is going on here! read more

Went to the Plymouth Mass Walmart garden center this morning (April 5 ) looking to pick up 2 bags of fertilizer and three bags of mulch. The problem is all the garden carts have junk and trash piled up on them. How do they expect a customer to put all those bags in a regular shopiping cart? When I ask for help getting one of the proper flat carts I get a hard time and a bad attitude. Next time I'll just go to Lowes or Home Depot. So apparently this location closes at 8:30 and not 10 as stated online AND on the front door. Also overheard the associate who made the announcement that the store was closed complaining to a customer that "corporate never said they had to be open till 10pm". Since coronavirus has hit, this store has really gone downhill. The service associates have become even ruder, the store has become dirtier, the produce that is there is rotten. I asked an associate in their Pharmacy how often the card swipers are cleaned. "Oh" she said, "every ten minutes or so." Surprised, I said, "you mean not after every customer?" "No," she replied, "every ten minutes is good enough." Yeah, it's not good enough, actually. And the greeters at the doors - no idea where their manners have come from, but massive jerks. We arrived late the night before so we needed provisions for our week stay in our resort. I was surprised that there was a Walmart Superstore within traveling distance. The store was everything we had hoped for. We found ourselves looking over things we had not had an intention of buying. Prices were good and selection more than we had hoped for. Disasterous. I was not given all my bags because the clerk was on the phone asking someone for a Red Bull. I get home and spend half an hour trying to get a Walmart associate to just pick up the phone to tell them about the bag left behind--HALF AN HOUR the phone rings with no one picking up. Finally, someone picks up and tells me it's fine if I come later that weekend, my stuff will be there. So I walk in later that weekend with my receipt and the employee at service says he can't find it, just go get the same items off the shelf. Sure, make me do your work for you, that's fine, I'm fitter and healthier than every single employee in here (and I'm not that fit, trust me), except two items were the last ones in stock. Now I'm out money I can't afford and can hardly believe the incompetence and uncaring attitude I just experienced. Go to Dollar Tree down the road, go to Market Basket--go anywhere but here. The store is a WalMart store. OK? Unfortunately for the workers there, a disproportionate amount of the produce comes off the truck already bad, and they put it out for sale anyway. Management was clueless as to how to handle certain situations. It got so bad that one employee had to call the police to get their money back on a money order that was improperly created AT THAT STORE! They let a lot of things slide that they don't want to deal with. read more

I went today to pick up a copy of Mario Kart 8, and didn't see it in the case. Next to the case, there was a sign saying that it came out on 5\30 (today). I figured that it was still earlier in the morning, and they just hadn't put them out yet (or it got sold out). I asked about it, and the woman (a manager) said: "That's IGN's release date. Wal-mart does not have Mario Kart 8 until Tuesday!" I thought this was a little odd, since IGN is a review website, and does not dictate the release date of video games. However, I did not argue with her. I returned home, and my roommate called another Walmart (Tilton, NH). Not only did they have Mario Kart, but they had a surplus of it. If you do not have a game in stock, because you failed to order it correctly, do not pass the blame onto a random internet webpage. All you had to say was "I'm sorry, we don't have any in yet." Lying, and blaming someone else for your misstep, is unprofessional. The pharmacy at this Walmart, however, is excellent. The cashier we had was also very nice. read more

Came here last weekend with a friend looking for a new tv. Upon looking at the numerous tv's they had, an employee named David went out of his way to be as helpful as he could. We were unsure of what size our tv stand was, so he told us we should measure the stand and then come back at another time for the tv itself. We ended up coming back later in the day, and caught David as he was coming off his shift. He spent an extra 20 or so minutes with us helping us find the right size and brand tv. David was so helpful that day, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more

Had my wife place an order online for an in stock Cuisinart grill and travel for an hour and a half to arrive and find out order was cancelled. We purchased via Walmart.com at about opening time of the store and wife did not get there until approximately 12:30. The item was most definitely available ( Walmart knows what is in there stores at any given time ) and someone at the store decided to just sell item prior to her arrival. When at the store an 'associate' offered to sell the floor model and sign off to it being 'as is' ( which does not show as available inventory on Walmart.com).Doing so would effectively place a double hold on our checking account card and, despite receiving an email from Walmart about cancellation, until the funds are back in my account I surely would never allow them to have a hold for twice as much. As I explained to my wife we will happily pay more and buy the same grill from another retailer then deal with a ' sell you out ' mentality. Walmart can say that Covid is creating a tough environment but unlike many other business that are struggling to remain open their only struggle is what to do with the extra income / profits that have been handed to them. At the end of the day its not about customer service , not about customer satisfaction, its about higher revenue. In short - don't buy online and pickup at store. Unless you are physically present and have a hand on the item it will be 100% for $ale. read more

We were surprised to find a Super Wal-mart here. We arrived late in the afternoon after a delay coming from Boston so it was too late to start on our Kanc loop. The weather was a bit chilly and cold so we just drove around for a couple hours hoping to catch some scenery. On our way back we stopped by Walmart to pick up a few toiletries. They carry produce, fruit, and meat as well so if you plan to do the White Mtns the following day and have access to a refrigerator/cooler this would be a great spot to stock up. read more
