They have carts for the disabled but they arent allowed to leave the store so how are the disabled supposed to get in to the store to shop? Youre employees are rude and poorly trained. And poorly managed, the manager i "spoke" too didnt tell me her name just told me that the carts cant leave the store and had no answer for me on how the disabled are supposed to get to them, if they are in the store and not allowed to leave the store.. if they could walk they wouldnt need the cart... im absolutely disgusted and outraged at the treatment of the disabled and the elderly. I will NEVER go to this location again. Terrible all around experience

I came here for the first time ever (even though I am a local & have gone to the Laconia location…read moredozens of times) and was blown away by my experience. I needed a pair of safety-toe shoes for my line of work & was excited to see that they had a very decent selection to chose from. I was also impressed with the fact that they had larger sizes stocked, that are rare to find/come by in almost all of their women's shoes (I'm a size 11). Best customer service experience! The lady was super helpful & polite, was great about answering questions and also was not 'pushy' or in-your-face (as I had experienced at the other couple of prior shoe stores on my hunt). Much bigger selection than the Laconia location as well. I'll be sure to return the next time I need footwear!

We were so surprised and happy at Ippolito's! Not only were we able to forego the big box stores and buy an American-made sofa, which was important to us, we also had excellent service from Deb, who was attentive and professional, and also got a wonderful deal. We were told our sofa would be in town in eight weeks, and Deb checked in with us during that time to let us know she was looking out for it. We were able to borrow swatches in the meantime with no hassle, and the sofa even came early! The delivery crew was just as friendly and professional as Deb, and was also early. Hooray Ippolito's!
