I am beyond upset with this walmart. I waited to get help in the jewelry department for 45 minutes with constant walmart workers walking by not offering help. We went to ask the team lead of the front end and ask for help and she said oh the person in jewelry isn't here sorry. Of ALL the workers who walked by who were constantly hearing them say over the loud speaker costumer needs help in jewelry they couldn't have said they weren't here and NOBODY in the store has keys. First and LAST time will i be going there for ANYTHING. read more

This location is just finishing their 1st remodel since they were built in 1995 and everyone was REALLY helpful! Been shopping this Walmart since it was about 5 miles down the road (were a Winn-Dixie now stands). I have no complaints. The auto center there is seriously the worst. After waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change they told me they couldn't find my VIN in the system and didn't know what oil filter to use. I was sitting in the lobby the entire time and they didn't think to tell me this until 2 hours later?! TERRIBLE. Never returning! read more

One star is one too many for this place. I just came in to have my tires balanced and rotated. The guy who pulled it on went to lunch and did not get someone else on the job. An hour and a half later I asked if my car was done. I was told someone was working on it. Right. They just pulled off the first tire because I called their attention to it. That was one thing, but then the manager had the gall to say they were backed up. She could not admit a mistake and apologize. At least the mechanics had the grace to apologize. This is the worst Walmart on earth. It's dirty, poorly stocked and the employees all have BIG attitudes, and not good ones. The managers can never be found and if you do talk to them, they don't care about your experience there. Every employee acts like they are in prison. They always have too few checkout cashiers and force you into self checkout lanes, unless you want to wait. The self checkout lanes are poorly run and almost always give you a big headache. The attendant there has an attitude and you will wait while they take their sweet time to get to you. No one ever apologizes for your miserable experience. I guess that IS the Walmart shopping experience. The parking lot is full of trash and not very safe at night. Yes, you will save some money shopping at Walmart, but IMO it's not worth it. I'm shopping at Publix for groceries from now on and Amazon.com for everything else. read more

Walked away from self check out and turned around realizing I forgot to grab my money back. The persons behind me took it and the manager made me feel like the thief telling me that they can not do anything about it even though I know there are cameras that would prove me right. They dismissed me and and told me basically I was screwed. I hate Walmart. read more

the employees were extremely rude when i asked for help. the store is dirty, i saw a cockroach run by three times during my entire shopping trip and they burned the food at the deli. over all a terrible place to shop. trust me, the convenient location isnt worth it. read more

2 Employees in electronics ignored me while multiple assisted with one customer. Another 3rd employee ignored my attempts for his attention, even when called by name. Another customer walked past shaking his head and simply said,"That's ridiculous." read more

I have just spend a half an hour trying 5 times to get someone on the phone, I first chose electronics, no answer, tried to do that multiple times, then went to customer service asking for manager...no answer multiple times... went back to customer service, they sent me to personnel, no answer. When I was sent back to customer service again I begged her to look around and see if anyone was working there, was she the only one? Even she couldnt find a manager. My advice, don't waste your time calling, they dont give ^%#$@ about answering the phones. read more

Out of the 3 area Walmarts this is the one l like to go to. As far as Walmarts go it is cleaner and more organized then most. Also this is one to the few Walmarts I have visited that the workers don't mind helping the customer find item, unfortunately they are a little hard to find no not very knowledgeable about the items. The biggest up side to Ormond Walmart is they normally have enough registers open to accommodate customers without long lines. read more

This is the only WM branch that I shop. It is clean and I feel safe when walking towards my car in the parking lot.

Luckily I have to mark a star here just to write a review. Today I went to Walmart before my work schedule (manager at Walgreens due in at 2:30 pm). I went through there self check out lane like I always do and scan everything across the double plated scanners. As I went to leave a black male and white female were standing in the door way between the two out doors I tried to hand them my phone with my Walmart app receipt so the can verify my purchase as Walmart employee always do. He refused to look at my receipt and asked me to step aside buggy and all in front of my wife and 7 year old child. I went with him tried asking what was wrong tried handing him my receipt again. He then took me in a office accused me of deliberately stealing I was very confused didn't know what he was talking about tried showing him my receipt again. After a while of back and forth telling them I have told Walmart employees before that the app wasn't working up to date and that if something was wrong with my purchases I have 30 thousand plus in my account and would pay the difference. They refused I opened my receipt completely told him something was very wrong with my receipt that all my purchases where not visible on my receipt and asking them to give me the difference so I could finish my purchases. They told me that wasn't possible and that they were calling the police and that I'd have to pay a fine and go on my way. This didn't happen I was wrongfully incarcerated lost my Holliday pay for my job and inconvenienced my coworker for leaving in time for his daughters birthday party. Very disappointed and will continue my business as that I spend anywheres from 100 to 300 weekly at Walmart. However I will never forget the humiliation they caused me my wife my child and the inconvenience they caused my company due to there faulty equipment. read more

Horrible customer service. Everyone walks around like they are miserable and I get harassed every time I go in there!! One of the "under covers" black male named Leo yelled in my face, smirks a me and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would feel unsafe if I shopped their and it was in the evening as I feel he would follow me to the car. The door greeters are not pleasant what so ever. Thank God just called instead of driving 10 miles there. Yes they out of what I wanted again! Sad put is the manager of that dept will say they will look into it and NEVER call you back or they put on a good show in front of their management team. We moved here in 2011 and the vegetarian options have gone to pot! Or you find an item you like to eat go back and they don't have it! It amazes me they can hire a door person that is on disability and he just sits there with a Good Day or a word just getting paid for what? Store is a Joke! read more

I am from out of town and was looking for this Walmart. It was very dark and I was unfamiliar with The streets, but my gps keep telling me I was here. I finally saw the sign because another car's lights was shining on it. It WAS NOT LIT AT ALL!!! The parking lot was extremely dark also and I felt a bit unsafe. I really plan to call headquarters and report the un inviting atmosphere. read more

Got a new battery put in this AM after the Honda battery died. WM got the job done in half the time expected and WM reset the radio code without me asking. Not a bad price either. read more
