Drove 40mins to this one because the app said they have my item in stock. They don't.

Everything was good except for the chicken leg quarters. They had lots of pin feathers on them, looked nasty, had extra bones to make them weigh more. I won't buy Tyson chicken again. read more

I wish I could say that this is an average Walmart experience, but alas, I cannot. We moved to Oak Ridge a few months ago and make weekly trips both here and Aldi for necessities. We have primarily tried the curbside service after using that exclusively when we lived near Turkey Creek. Awful is an understatement. We have had missing items almost every trip, items are frequently stacked in our trunk illogically (like a watermelon or case of sodas on top of bread and eggs), expired meats, brown veggies, substitutions that make no sense whatsoever, and they take SO long to come out (at least 30 minutes even if you check in before you drive there). There was one occasion when we (and others near us) waited 1.5 hours. No one is at the counter and on three occasions, I have called about incorrect orders or that long wait and no one in that department answers. I called a different department for help and when they reached out to Pickup, they were hung up on. Today will be the third time I have had to call the main, corporate number to get assistance regarding a missing item or order experience at this location...in two months. Yikes. I have never done that before. I have also shopped in the store a few times, which is incredibly disorganized and each time had issues at the register with my corporate card. The first time, I had a very sweet, helpful, and apologetic cashier who problem-solved and immediately involved a manager, who explained their new card system. The second time, I gave the cashier a heads up that the number needed to be typed in(not swiped) and she ignored this and tried swiping for almost 20 minutes before honoring my request to have a manager assist us. I will stop being a glutton for punishment and go out of my way for the Parkside location or Aldi or Kroger if I shop in OR. read more

I gave it a 1 since zero is not available and zero is the amount of customer service you'll receive at this Walmart. I went there to get tick and flea meds, which they keep locked up, for my dogs. I pushed the "associate needed" about 6 or 7 times over a 20 minute period. No one showed. I saw an associate going by and asked if she could help me. She said she didn't have a key and would see if she could find someone. I saw this same associate go by later and she never made eye contact and never spoke to me. Finally I decided to leave. Walmart...I know you can do without my business. But guess what? I can do without you too. There are other places I can shop to get anything I can find at Walmart. read more

Visited here today to do my thanksgiving shopping and ALL of the bagged lemons were moldy. Gross. My special dish is lemon icebox pie that my grandmother always made. This store also uses the aisles for storing extra inventory. It makes it impossible to maneuver around in the store. It's a cluttered mess and I really hate going in there but with extremely limited shopping options in Oak Ridge, sometimes it's just a necessity. read more

This "everyday low price " big-box store, recently has 2 improvements that I really like. -They finally upgraded the self-checkout kiosks. The old ones were super slow and problematic. You need the store clerk to help you very often. The new ones are very fast. If you accidentally scan the same thing twice, you can take it off yourself - simply just uncheck the item. -Walmart started to have exotic fruits lately. They have guava most of the time. I found star fruit and dragon fruit very often, too. It's not a low quality cheap store anymore. The only problem is quite a few things are out of stock. Maybe is the supply chain issue. Can't blame them too much. It's a good place to shop. read more

RUG DOCTOR I love Walmart and shop there all the time. I decided to rent a rug doctor to shampoo the seats in my car. I got it no problem and went home to use it. I noticed it was kinda dirty but didn't think anything of it since I have worked in retail and know how crazy and busy things can get. I started to use the tool attached but the solution would not squirt out. I did everything correctly, after checking multiple times and it still not working I removed a cap from where the water squirts out and it oozed green gooey nasty stuff and I immediately put it back on and returned it. I did not work at all and I still didn't get my money back. DO NOT RENT A RUG DOCTOR. read more

The manager of the store cheated me out of hundreds of dollars and called the police on me for throwing flip flops on the counter. When I found out that he cheated me I went back to the store to get a refund. I was arrested and handcuffed for shoplifting. I was in the hospital for a week. I have bruises on my arms and knees because I was so upset. Horrible flashbacks because of my PTSD. read more

If it weren't for a few friendly staff that have been long term cashiers I'd give this place a one star. It has seen better days for sure. I can only imagine they are getting ready to renovate it but at the moment it's pretty bad. They do have a pretty decent garden area but it doesn't make up for the rest of the mess. read more

Zoe was my cashier today. She was very professional & is well seasoned in her job. When I was a kid, I bagged groceries. Zoe was on it. Rarely do I see cashiers or baggers get it right when bagging. Zoe does not have that problem. Wise choice management. Virgil the greeter? He is passionate about doing a great job as greeter. He is courteous, makes a great ambassador for Sam Walton, & has a heart of gold. I worked with Jordanna in another company. In her capacity as a Walmart associate, I find her to be very knowledgeable, efficient, & friendly. But that doesn't surprise me about Jordanna, she was a professional when we worked together too. read more

I today ordered my first order for delivery thru Walmart. Needless to say I am regretting that decision. I ordered several things two were "supposed" to be delivered today keywords "supposed" I received just one bag of cat treats. My bag was near my trash cans not even on front porch. And I didn't receive the 224 oz detergent. I really need it to wash clothes before surgery. :-/. I ordered to not have to go there thinking it'd be great. This Walmart Supercenter is your average Walmart. I visited this Walmart while I was on vacation. You will find mostly everything you would need while on vacation. The store is clean as you would expect from a big chain store. There are a couple drawbacks and firstly, the staff are somewhat helpful but they have some issues regarding locating items throughout the store. As well, another issue with the store is that the grocery area is somewhat small. Many people recommend​ visiting the Kroger which is down the street from this Walmart however​ when I visited, I did not have a car and this Walmart was the only grocery store within walking distance. read more

The worst customer service I have ever had!!!! I made an order through Walmart+ for my groceries to be delivered between 4pm-5pm. The order never arrived. I was told by their chat service to ask for a 3 way call between me, the store and customer service. I called customer service and they refused to do a 3 way and yelled at me saying that I shouldn't be complaining cause I cancelled the order which I didn't the store did. But the guy would keep on yelling at me that this was all my fault. I had to reorder and had it set up for delivery between 8am-9am. Right now a I'm typing this I'm still waiting and now have been told that it will be another 2-3 hours. I have waited almost a full day for an order that would usually take 2-3 hours. read more

This Walmart store has the most uneducated people working in it that I've ever seen even the managers act like they just got off the third shift at McDonald's. they are not professional do not know how to deal with the public and can't answer a simple question. They have numerous false advertising all over the store and when you bring it to their attention they stand and look at you like you're stupid I will never be back in the store again read more

Inappropriate and unnecessary conduct by the store manager himself. My checkout line was short and only a 5 minute wait if that. I was herded by the store manager to another checkout line just to discover there was no money in the till at all for me to get my change. I had to wait for 10 more minutes to wait for a fresh till to come. In-store operations are known, at least I thought, by the GM of the store. This Wal-Mart is an echo of Wal-Mart's poor customer service rating among it's big retail competitors. I resent point of sale hassles at this store. I do enjoy shopping at other major retailers more than this Oak Ridge, TN Wal-Mart. The previous manager of this store was fired from his job. read more
