Whenever I ask somebody in Kroger where something is, they stop what they're doing, look it up and then take me to it. A good reason to go elsewhere.

If I didn't need the items in my buggy, I would have left it sitting for the two at the front something to do. We have been shopping at Food City for 15-16 years. When I got home I called to ask to the store Manager Matt- 18 minutes on hold. Response "Do what we can to work on it- sorry about that." LAST VISIT TO FOOD CITY--Krogers is about a mile away and cheaper on the majority items with coupons.

No curbside option like the Bearden location, deep potholes making turned over carts blocking spots in the lot, and often picked over/out-of-stock items that I can find quickly at other locations. When, a second cashier opened the people in the back of the line got in the new line. The cashier should have come over and selected the next people in line.
