They based the cost on an old prescription for the same medicine which is due to expire. I had a coupon for 90 tablets (3 times more tablets than I received) that would have cost $46. Because the pharmacy did not fill the new prescription, I received fewer tablets at double the cost of what I would have paid if they had used the new prescription instead of the old one. Not only did I not get the correct amount of tablets, I also paid twice the amount I should have paid. They would not take the pills back and correct their mistake because I did not see that they had messed up until after I left the prescription pick-up counter. Furious!

I even had the bakery double-check the order, and I was assured 100% that everything was set. When the cake hadn't arrived by around 4:00-4:30 PM, we had to start calling to find out what had happened. We were then told that someone had supposedly called on the 18th and changed the order to an 8:00 AM pickup. That explanation made no sense, considering I didn't even finalize and pay for the order until July 21. How could someone have changed an order before it was even completed? What was even more frustrating was that if the bakery truly believed the cake was supposed to be picked up at 8:00 AM and no one arrived, why didn't anyone call the contact numbers on the order? Instead, no one reached out, and we were left scrambling with only about 30 minutes before guests arrived, wondering if our wedding cake would make it to the venue. We were even told they weren't sure if they could get it there in time. As for the cake itself, the decorations were beautiful, and I do appreciate the decorator's work. Unfortunately, the cake was noticeably lopsided, and the cake itself was dry, especially considering the price we paid. It simply was not worth the cost. Mistakes can happen, but this was a wedding--an event that can't be redone. The lack of communication, the confusion surrounding the order, and the stress this caused on such an important day were unacceptable. I sincerely hope Publix reviews its procedures so that no other couple has to experience this on their wedding day.

There is a button on one's Amazon page to "contact driver": the driver spoke English well enough only to tell me she had no groceries for delivery. I called the store and they gave me...Amazon's main telephone number. Look: I understand Amazon "runs" the grocery delivery service but it is completely ridiculous that the store has no way to confirm if a delivery was actually loaded for delivery. Amazon, on their end, "only sees the delivery is running late and it is possible the driver listed it not the one doing the delivery." Excuse me?? How do the store AND Amazon have no way to track who actually has the delivery? There is jo oversight or accountability on either end. The best: I get to call Amazon back to tell them it wasn't delivered but I have to wait an hour. Our groceries were shopped for (one item out of stock) and the driver kept saying: she had groceries but not ours (I never gave her an address????) and she didn't do the 4:45 block. And there were other people in the car telling her how to answer. So: who is riding around with our dinner? For the second time?! Truly disgusted. Cancelling my grocery subscription. No oversight between store and delivery, and the poor girl answering the phone must hear it often, because she meekly gave me the number without mentioning: it's the general Amazon number, too, not even grocery specific.
