Apparently Target is The Place to be for after Christmas sales! I got so many great bargains! A wide selection of items and often used the scanners in store to price check whick is helpful!! read more

I live an hour and half from this target. I just discovered it a few months back while i was in the area . Love love it . Plz bring one closer to me . Maybe Kingsport or Johnson City area . They have one but they are too small and don't carry a good selection like this one . read more

Target is convenient and usually has everything you need, but this visit was just average. The store was a bit disorganized in a few sections, and it took longer than expected to find some basic items. Checkout was slow, although the staff was polite. Not a bad experience overall, just nothing that stood out. read more

I never go to this target but I was in the area and need some things. I also had to use the restroom. It was a appalled. Toilet paper all over the floor. Poop in the toilet! I was a little shocked to find it that way because I passed to managers chit-chatting on the way to the restroom. One of them could be cleaning that bathroom. I'm not being overdramatic. It truly was a gross restroom. It's not what I would have expected out of a Target on Turkey Creek in Farragut. There's no excuse. In my opinion if the restroom is disgusting what else is wrong with the store. I would check the other departments to make sure they're up to code on food safety and the health/ safety of the community. read more

They have a large selection of everything with decent prices. The store is a little disorganized and hard to follow but not terrible. It would be nice if all Targets were laid out the same but this is not like the one we usually go to. read more

As usual, I went in with a singular mission...return an item and thus, get money back. Did that happen? Heck no. I was sucked into the Target vortex and the $1/$3 bargain bins full of things I absolutely do.not.need and will likely disintegrate after three uses because they're cheapo. *sigh* Oh, how I've missed my Target visits. I don't love the layout of this particular store and often things are misplaced in illogical spots, but Target just has cheery vibes that I enjoy. I like shiny things. They have surprisingly cute home decor, all of the household basics and toiletries you may need and some trendy, inexpensive duds for everyone in your fam. A major bonus is getting a Target Redcard that links with your debit card and always gives you 5% off (even sale items) AND free shipping for anything on the website. read more

My two son's like their Goodfellow men's grooming collection and body wash. They have the best toy selection for kids of all ages to learn and have fun. Target has the best sales on frozen food healthy meals to take home and enjoy. This location has been remodel and upgraded with more items on sale each week. read more

I went to this location on Saturday to find a certain sweatshirt. Online it said there was one in the store in an IUT 3. It was so hard to find that. I also the person I was with said you need to ask somebody that works here. Amber was walking by and overheard that and said how can I help you? I told her what I was looking for and she said there's one more in the store and I said yes that's what it says online. She said it would be here or over here and walked us over to another area. And for sure off there it was.Amber has great customer service. read more

As a young female I, like many others love target and visit frequently. Never had a bad experience until today. My best friend and I were in the fitting room trying on some clothes, when we saw the door knob jiggle. We said "occupied" and the person left. A minute or two later the door knob was shaking continuously for 10-15 seconds, as we shouted "occupied" and "one second." A few seconds later the door opened as a Target employee had opened the fitting room door while we had been inside with the door locked. We were extremely shocked and luckily fully dressed as we had been wrapping up, however this was an extremely disturbing experience. The worker then said "Oh" and walked away, and then mumbled to a few other customers "Well I knocked and they never said anything." I love target and usually have a great experience with good customer service but this felt extremely violating, and for the employee to not apologize and say a snarky remark to other employees and customers was rude and frankly embarrassing. read more

Love this place!!! Such good deals and so clean and organized!!!! You have my recommendation.

Sale signs are not properly marked. Merchandise that is on sale is not replenished. Merchandise from past holidays is still out and no set up for upcoming holiday. Knoxville targets leave a lot to be desired and need to learn from other larger markets. I find this target to be very poorly managed. The staff can be nice but I've also found if you can pull a ego trip and are not always helpful. The store itself seems to be a bit cluttered and disorganized. The section in the front is often not filled and left empty. Every time I've gone in for something it's been hit or miss as of whether not I could actually get the item. Store also appears to be dark and somewhat dirty. Target is normally my go to place to shop, but in this case I found Walmart to be the better option read more

Buying glasses with my wife , guess I have good Vision insurance as prices are very good. Noisy in the optical part of the store due to all The checkout lines and people talking louder and louder trying to hear over each other. Nice selection of frames plus you get extra discount if you have a target charge card. read more

This is almost a great place to shop. It has a large selection of groceries, prices that are generally competitive with those of dedicated grocery stores, even before taking into account the RedCard discount, and friendly employees who are a cut above those who staff most "big box" stores. The problem is that, as seems to be a trend in the Knoxville area, this Target store really pushes the self checkout option, to the point that it really isn't an option anymore at all. You, the customer, will use self checkout, or you won't check out at all. There are about a dozen traditional checkout lanes, of which typically 1-2 will actually be staffed. Meanwhile, and this is where things just don't make sense, there will usually be 2-3 Target employees standing around, mostly just chatting with each other, near each of the two self checkout areas. So it's not as if the store is saving on labor costs by not staffing the traditional checkout aisles. It's really not clear what the plan is here. Customers check themselves out, or just give up because they a) have a full cart of items that simply won't all fit on the tiny self checkout weigh stations, b) have one or more very large items (a television, for example) that won't fit on the scale, or c) would prefer not to spend the rest of their evening slowly running items over the balky, unreliable self checkout scanners. And the employees just take it easy and watch. Really, Target? read more

Good store ... wouldn't wanna work there it's like going to high school everyone gossiping even the high up ppl... teenagers just hanging around.. lack of communication. read more

Firstly I don't appreciate being obviously stalked and following by two employees just because I have my baby with me in her stroller while shopping... that is just disgusting behavior and I expect better. So I just grabbed what I was there for and got TF out ASAP. But! Once I got to checkout the cashier was very very slow, maybe ringing two items per minute. With one person in front of me in line, I waited easily 15-20 minutes just until my turn. read more

I'm not a huge target fan but came in this location and found everything I needed and more. I actually liked this location! Very organized. The staff here pointed me in the right direction. The prices here are good. Not too bad. Will be back- read more

My husband and I shopped here.we were very impressed with our cashier, Ethan. He was very polite. We love this location.

I love Target but for a Super Store they don't really restock as they should! It does have all the fun stuff you need and grocery store too . read more

5 stars to ALL Target's. I am a Target fanatic. All things Target is all things me. This location is a Super Target so obviously it is huge and it has everything. Friendly staff and clean store. I always walk in buying 1 thing to come out with 100 things. Target just knows how to reel in their customers. Don't forget to look at their multiple ways of savings from their app with cartwheel, manufacturer coupons, and in-ad coupons. They have great weekly deals. read more

The rudest lady MONICA stalked and followed us around the store the whole time asking if we were going to buy stuff we picked up. Even followed us to the register and proceeded to ask us if we were buying things as we checked out. Won't be back. :) read more

I always enjoy Target but the main downfall of this trip was the majority of the store being under refurbishment so most was out of place. It was also a hassle finding a bathroom but I'm looking forward to what it looks like when the renovations are done. read more

I get generally good service at this location but today I was shopping with a very cranky 3 year old. An associate, Tempest, went above and beyond to help me find the product I was looking for. I really appreciated her going out of her way to help including checking for it in the back. Once I made my way to the check out, my daughter was on the brink of a full melt down. I'm used to getting the stink eye from people at this point, but instead another associate came over offering stickers which calmed her down quickly. I wish I would have gotten his name! Amazing customer service! read more

Love love love target. I mean I can literally knock out 5 birds with one stone here. They have fresh groceries, flowers, desserts, hygiene products, everryyyyything. Customer service is great. I got this really cute light blue Keurig machine which I thought I'd use. Turns out three months into it I still hadn't used it sooo I thought I'd return it. They gave me no problems when returning it. read more

Sharon, a manager there, is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not normal behavior for Target employees. I asked for price match with Amazon, which I do regularly. And she snapped that she wouldn't because it said Amazon Prime. She claimed that Prime was not part of Amazon. Wow. I tried explaining that it is, and it just means it can be shipped faster if you have Amazon Prime. She then snapped back, "I shop on Amazon and KNOW what it is and am not authorizing this." We're talking about a kids' books here with a $2.00 difference on Amazon, not a $100 difference. She then literally walked away from me as I stood there shocked. Another manager Christine, luckily did eventually help me in a courteous and professional manner. The Northshore Target price matched an PS4 game for me from Amazon Prime happily with a $20 difference. If you're rude and on a power trip, like Sharon, then you really should not be working at Target. read more

This was a in and out quick stop in at this location. Had to pick up some last minute things a little while before they closed down for the night. The parking lot is shared with many other stores but there is ample parking available anyway. The check out process was easy and quick. I didn't have much time to have a full shopping experience. Being that this is a super Target I look forward to going back to see what more this location has to offer. read more

Part of the new Turkey Creek development (kinda like an outdoor shopping mall), this super Target competes directly with the Super Wal-mart next door. Both have full grocery stores, in addition to the usual store (hence the "super"). There's an Old Navy, a Goody's, and a lot of other stores in between as well. read more

I must say it is nice and so much classier than Wal Mart with just as good prices. And they have things in stock and aren't out of everything like Wal Mart. Oh how I hate that place. I have never bought any clothes here, but I hear they have several designers and are quite nice and stylish. And a huge plus, you won't look like Wal Mart! read more

I love shopping here. It's just quite a drive to Turkey Creek. This is a one stop shop place and I'd prefer to go here over Wal-Mart any day of the week. read more

I love shopping at target. they have great things! This particular target is very nice and it still looks very new.

Had a great experience with Rick at costumer service while returning a few items

Better than Walmart, but not by much! Almost nonexistent fishing department. Nothing much in terms of sports. Visit once every 6 months....maybe. Nothing you can't find anywhere else. read more

I shopped in your store on August 27, 2014 at 10:36 a.m. My review is to compliment your employee at checkout. I cannot find a name or identifying number on my receipt so cannot identify her. She was an attractive young lady - very friendly and efficient and careful as I checked out a buggy load of merchandise. Hopefully you can locate her in your records and pass on the compliment. read more

Love, love, love this Super Target. I prefer the Super Target to Super Walmart. The staff are always eager to help find what I need. They are not constantly changing around like Walmart does, making it difficult to find what I need. And prices are just as good as Super Walmart. Target employees really act like they like their job and are always visible in each of the departments, unlike Walmart employees who seem to hide or are too busy on their cell phones, texting. I drive 50 miles to the Super Target just t stay away from Walmart. Target gets my vote every time! read more

I can always find great clothing bargains in this store. They have great "clearance" items too! BUT what I love most about this store is it's Pharmacy!! It is the best! The employees are the greatest and the Pharmacists are wonderful and knowledgeable! They answer all my questions and are a big help to my family! I was so tired of Wall-Marts pharmacy...there was always some sort of problem, they didn't have the prescription I needed...never offered to even get it in, it took sometimes several hours to get my prescriptions filled and last but not least...their pharmacists were rude...very very rude and would tell me that "my doctor should have never prescribed me certain medications."!!! Since when can they say such things to a customer who is following "Their" doctors orders...who made them suddenly doctors!!!??? I was so fed up with all the problems with Wall-Mart that I just stopped going in there for any reason and had all my prescriptions transfered to Target!! We now take all of our prescriptions to Target and do most of our grocery shopping in there as well and if we want a quick lunch...you can not go wrong with their fresh made sandwiches at their deli case!! read more
