Walmart is known for having not the best customer service but my recent visit two days ago was beyond awful. I wanted to purchase an item which online was showing $20 cheaper due to it being on sale. It showed available in store or I can do an online order and pick it up the next day. Since I was already in need of picking up a few items for dinner I thought why not get everything at once? When I get to the register the item (the one reflecting online $20 cheaper) showed up at full price. I asked the cashier about it and he said they sometimes do price match but it's up to the manager. I explained to him it's literally their own website.. he got a manager and she came very arrogantly and said no we don't do that if you want the item pay full price now or do an online order. I asked her but why? Just to genuinely know the reasoning behind it, again it's not a competitors website it's their own website!! And she responded because I won't do it. That's fine, I paid for the few items I needed for dinner and went and bought the same item at target hassle free. Walmart seriously needs to train especially their management better on customer service because that's truly unacceptable. read more

I write this as I stand in line to return soemthing at this Walmart location. The lady that is doing the returning is by herself, visibly struggling to return a 65" TV. There are about 15 associates in the surrounding areas, yet no one will open another register to help with the returns. I have been standing here close to 45 minutes now and am getting frustrated. Walmart is horrible with customer service, we all know that already. But apparently they are horrible with their employees as well. To leave one lady to make returns when the line loops around the entrance is inhuman. I can't imagine what she is feeling right now. All in all, go somewhere else to make a return unless you want to waste an hour of your life just standing around. read more

Sometimes when you want to pay a few dollars less per item... you leave the city and head out to the suburban sprawl. That being said this is the weirdest combo of a city and suburban Walmart ever. The parking lot runs perpendicular to the building that has a single entrance. The result is a parking lot of spot creepers who think they are too good to walk from the second set of spots. The store is well stocked, has plenty of self serves (with the line wrapped around the store) but I went with my slightly full cart to a fast and nice regular checker. It's fairly clean, a little cluttered due to space. This one DOES have a fabric section which is nice to know when you need a last minute button or zipper swap. read more

This Walmart is my home Walmart. It does not have a much as the Doral Walmart but it gets the job done. They have a good healthy grocery section, electronics, house good, and medicine. They also have an on site pharmacy which is good. Reason I am giving it 3 stars Is because when ever I check the inventory online it will say they have 3-5 of the itEm I'm looking For but when I go there it's gone. I've asked staff for help and they always appear to be too busy or they tell me what ever is there is what we have. Not a bad Walmart but not the best. PS. 9 months pregnant and I had to scan and bag my own groceries ($300)... And to make it better you have to load them onto the Conveyer belt first and then Scan them. I would rather have my nails pulled out slowly one by one then to ever go shopping here again. It is evident Walmart has no interest in the shopper's experience and is only interested I. Do NOT do curbside pick up. It's the worst experience ever. After checking in, I sat waiting in my car and no one came. As of this writing, this Walmart location has a total rating of 2 1/2 stars. I can easily see why. When you pull into this Walmart off of Flagler, rather than enter the parking lot immediately, the winding entrance road takes you away from the front of the store and to the far end of the lot. The closest available spaces were a far walk, even when this store wasn't terribly busy. Inside, the store seems dark with relatively low ceilings, exposed support beams for the roof and long rows of old school fluorescent tube lighting. It feels as if this building once housed a grocery store at one point and was later re-purposed into a Walmart without much updating. Many shelves were a mess with merchandise in disarray, there were pallets of shipping boxes at the ends of some rows, and the layout and organization of this store is unlike any other Walmart I've been in. While I was able to find what I needed, the price was right and this Walmart has self-serve checkouts (which was a bonus that I'd never seen at any of this company's stores before), lines for all the registers were insanely long. read more

The woman that works at the fittings room on 7/29/2022 at 8:45 PM, I got there so that my son could try some school uniforms, and the woman in a very rude manner told me that he could not enter because they were "closed." I politely asked her that it was for my son to try on his pants; which is a fast process. And the lady continued to tell me on a very bad and rude character that it was closed. They should not have these types of people working with customers like this. It gives really bad reputation to Walmart. read more

Placed an order on Black Friday and 3 hours later I got a notification it was being delivered from this store, a minute later it said they attempted but couldn't deliver the package. I was home nobody showed up to even attempt the delivery. I spent hours trying to call. NOT A SINGLE DEPARTMENT ANSWERED THE PHONE. It's not a 24 hour Walmart and parking is a little hard to find during the day but at night time is usually fine. The only annoying thing is that it doesn't follow the same format as the other Walmart's by it so sometimes it takes a while to find stuff. During this visit they seemed to be low on a lot of food items not sure if they are going to restock over night or there's a big demand for these items. The price is like the other Walmart's and compared to their places moderate. And this Walmart has a self checkout which is great. During the day or around 7/8 pm the lines are ridiculous but usually start to die down after that. I found most of the things I needed but the supercenters are better because you have more of a chance of finding everything on one trip Went to Walmart after the review above and the cashier put two half gallon drinks in one bag and didn't double bag. Let's say the bad are super stretched out would've been super upset if they would've broken. read more

The following Walmart Stores "4161" & "5854" have a serious policy issue in regards to informing customers about the policy of products that are qualified exceptions to the Walmart Return Policy. I was purchased product at store #5854 where the consumer is not legally informed of the return policy exception of "Air Mattresses". Furthermore at point of sale and completion of sales consumer is not informed or advised that product is non-refundable and product needs receipt for return/exchange. I went to both store #5854 and #4161 to return product after I realized I had one at home but had opened it, but didn't inflate it. I was very upset that none of the employees or managers could assist me further and explain to me why I was not clearly informed about the policy. What was worse is that on October 17th at 7:00PM there were 2 other families trying to return an "Air Mattress" but were denied the return and our stories were similar. Walmart shoppers are not being informed of the "Return Policy Exception" for "Air Mattresses". The manager said policy is in the aisle where the product is purchased and that is enough. It clearly isn't enough if you had 3 different families trying to return the same product. Its not a coincidence that none of us were aware of the policy. It's a fact. Walmart MUST do something about this. Why is it that Walmart can not work on a way that at the cash register if you purchase an item that is flagged for "return policy exception" customer is advised, must accept policy at check out on a screen, and additionally customer receive a copy of the policy they agreed to in form of receipt, on the back of the receipt, an additional document, or even an e-mail confirmation. Something needs to be done as what I dealt with as a loyal customer was not fun and wasted over an hour of my time dealing with Manager's that did nothing to help or listen to the situation because they were both busy on their "break" and seems like all staff covered up managers so they were not called until the last minute but even then they were not helpful at all. The store is huge and fully stocked. The store is clean . The parking lot is a little kaotic. They have a guy who picks up the carts with a golf cart. I never seen this at any Walmart. I do like the option where you order ahead and they bring it to your car. Other than that, tread lightly. It doesn't matter the time of day, there's always a line. It's only worth a visit if you're making plenty of bulk or household purchases all at once. Walmart is always going to be cheaper than anything else in the area even if it just by a few bucks. I've tried shopping here like three times and been frustrated with the long lines and scattered aisle inventory. The interior seems too spread out and unfortunately the selection is always confusing due to the lack of organization. Honestly, I'd rather pay the Target tax but for certain purchases such as travel-sized toiletries, cleaning products, pantry goods, and a mid-grade frozen pizza-this location is sometimes your only bet. read more

This location has the nicest checkout associates. However, the ladies in the returns department are dreadful. It is unacceptable that my husband has had several issues with the customer service desk. We reached out to the store manager and he has ignored all my emails even when I have copied corporate. His silence speaks volumes. The fact that he allows his employees to ridicule and mistreat his paying customers is disturbing to say the least. The female associates that "assisted" my husband claimed that they were both managers. What are the odds? They made him wait over 1 hour to just direct him to contact Hamilton Beach. News flash, the manufacturer is actually Walmart. When we purchased this microwave last year, we were mislead by our cashier that if we purchased an extended warranty plan, we can exchange our defective microwave for a new one. Best sales pitch ever! This is simply not true. This location has definitely lost our business. Seems to me that Walmart no longer values its customers otherwise management would train employees to at least be civil when dealing with customers and provide a resolution when a problem arises. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to, today I went there buying some gifts for friends, there was a hairdorables doll on sale for 20 dollars which the original price was 34 dollars, after been waiting for the line for about 25mins, the cashier told me that it was 34 dollars. I kindly asked her if she could help me to double check the price again because it was on sale. She started being really rude, mad and yelling at me in Spanish, she also started talking to the customer behind me in Spanish which I barely understood. So I asked again if she can call someone to go checking the price with me, she was waving her hand and started moving my items around.... and kept talking to other customers but ignoring me after I mentioned that I don't quite understand what she was saying, however,I could see it from her tone that she is making me to look like I didn't something wrong. The manger finally came and made sure it was on sale for 20 dollars... so she could let me pay and leave. Right after I started to drive from the parking lot, there is another employee who was collecting shopping carts, he intentionally blocked the road in front of a stop sign after I stopped and he even made it looked like I was blocking him.... so I said please go first, he said you go from the side which was impossible to happen since I drive a large suv, I told him that I need to go to the left side where is completely blocked by him. He madly said, go all the way around!!!!!!!! then started to yell in Spanish......... I said no, I'll wait, so he left all the carts and started taking pics of me and my car. What kind of Walmart is this? I mean, did I really do things wrong or what? Do I deserve to be treated like that as a customer who was just trying to buy a gift??????? I understand this is a big country where has a lot of immigrants, as I'm also one of them, but seriously people should understand some others as they may not know Spanish, and stop being extremely rude. Usually I don't get excited over Walmart. In the end, they are everywhere and it's usually a place packed with people and you have to walk a long time for parking. Not this one. This Walmart is the middle of Westchester and surrounded by many other businesses. Great parking and surprisingly lines to pay are OK. Deals are always good in this company, after all they are the leading company in fortune 500 companies in 2016 and their revenue is double of the company in second place. Pretty amazing. read more

I came looking for a bike their site website said they had one of only to find there weren't any. That was almost expected but the rest of the store was fine. We had to wait in line before entering until they told us that if we didn't need a shopping cart we could walk right in. Store does not have a garden center. This new location is close to my house - yay! And so far, it does not has the craziness of other two walmarts on the area (87th and 24th). There is a Subway inside and everything you can expect from a superwalmart. For some reason there is only one entrance instead of two as is usual in most Walmarts. There is a parking lot on the back, this one is for employees, don't park here, no matter how much you knock they wont let you in through the back. read more

Couldn't find an item I bought on my receipt now have to go the original location. Not only is this Walmart disorganized but it's very loud and overwhelming . Also because the item is $100 they don't allow returns to credit card because it's to high of an amount. That's really funny because the Walton family worth over $100 billion I think could afford it . Not only that it's time the government stops subsidies Walmart for quantity rather then quality and making the government provide food stamps to a very rich corporation. Delivery at Walmart has become really bad. Leaking bottles, crushed product, etc. Customer service gave no refund. Not worth it to return damaged products by getting a box, going to post office and mailing back. Purpose of delivery is to get rid of hassle. Used to order from them but had to stop. I went to the customer service line and spoke about the issue the lady start speaking disrespectfully in Spanish assuming I didn't speak the language then said "CALL WALMART THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DO SHIT".
