Dear Walmart Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a disappointing experience my relative had at your Walmart Supercenter in Loganville, Store #5252 today (June 23, 2025). My aunt was there to purchase a little girl's bicycle. She encountered an associate who was on a personal cell phone call and appeared unwilling to assist her, despite her needing to check out by the gardening area. My aunt parked by the gardening area, so that she would not have to roll the bicycle throughout the store. She requested for a manager and the associate Kim refused to call over one. My aunt had to ask another associate to get a manager. What made the situation more troubling is that, after she spoke with a manager, she learned this was not an isolated incident--there have been prior complaints about this employee's conduct. Knowing this behavior has been previously flagged yet continues to occur suggests a larger issue that needs urgent attention. As a customer, we expect--and believe we deserve--courteous and attentive service. I hope that by bringing this incident to your attention, steps will be taken to ensure a more professional and customer-focused environment moving forward. Went to Walmart this Labor Day Weekend to buy a New TV as recent storms knocked out my old one. I'll be honest, I dread going to Walmart and especially on a holiday weekend. Found a TV and the young man, Darius, who works in electronics was extremely helpful. Helped me with the box, got me rung up immediately..walked me through set and the warranty amd was all around friendly. I rarely post revies, but Darius deserves recognition and is a strong asset to your store. read more

She could not leave her post, which I understand, but said there was noone available to help me then hung up on me. When I called back she left me on hold forever. Ordered online and came here to pick it up. I was surprised to see the pickup kiosk. They have installed a huge tube in the front of the store to pickup your items. I just checked into the kiosk and someone bought out my item however it was someone there before me and her item activate through the large tube. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Definitely impressed and will use this store for pickup more often going forward. read more

This Walmart is like going through a war zone people out here is starving. We know you gonna put that on your income tax to get the money back. Why can't you have a day out of the week four times out of the month where you're feeding people freely when they show that they have a family that they're feeding and taken care of whether it is a married couple or single parent or young couple from all your stores. This would be giving back. It is like going into Solomon and Gomorrah, you can never find a manager all the registers are closed. Even on a busy day it's one register and the rest is self-service and the customer service agents are sitting there watching to see if you're going to Steal...why you have cameras everywhere so they want you to come in with a slave mentality while placing you in a situation where you going to B slaughter like cattle....actually, they want you to scan your food. Put your coupons n bag your food put it in bags all the while they're watching you like a tiger waiting to eat you like meat. Talking and gossiping and talking about the customers but they can't go in and clean that nasty. Stinking bathroom. Walmart need to put those people on the register and let them work and giving them some self-worth of working for a job instead of walking around, fully made up, tight clothing, bathroom is always smelling like urine or feces. The place is always filthy broken products in the boxes put back on the shelf. The shelf is full of garbage. The floor doesn't look like it's even been mopped. The registers are totally filthy. You see dust on top of the shelves with shelves has not been cleaned for ages. It's just nasty. If you ask someone there who's working for some help they look you up and down and will roll their eyes and answer with an attitude and walk and tell you and will continue talking on the phone, talking to a associate or applying make up fixing your clothing and putting lipstick on. we're standing in line in the lady before she ran. The register pulled out her lipstick looked over where she can see her lips and put her lipstick on and then start scanning. I still gave her five stars for ignorance. You can find them eating, and lacking customer service. and if you have to stand in line to go to the customer service desk, you will literally witness them having a confrontation right in front of the customer about who is going to ring, put up finding and organize the section and people are standing looking at them do you know they feel no shame and no embarrassment sitting there and talking about the customer, co-worker is a favorite pass time for some of them. Falken Sincera SN250 A/S 185/55R15 82 V Tire Fair warning, stay clear of these tires. They are sold at Walmart through a 3 rd. party that sells used tires. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Walmart about the status of the tires and when they are going to be delivered, they finally arrived at Walmart. WOW I was shocked when they finally arrived and I went to Walmart to have the tires installed (the tires were used on dirty). I wrote so many emails to Walmart to get a replacement on the tires because they were used. Walmart email responses were they were sorry for the inconvenience and they dropped the ball - yet nothing was done to replace the tires I got. Eventually all my emails fell on deaf ears. I pulled in @ 10:55 to get an item for a friend. Well @ 10:57 when I was talking to thn at door he said they were closed. When I was walking back to the car another guy saw them tell me that that they were closed and he said hey man you're not the first person so I wasn't the first person they told that they were closed with 3 minutes a time that they were supposed to be open. Lady at the back of the store near electronics told me to go to customer service at the front to get them to unlock the cage however they told me that they couldn't do it and after asking on the radio the same lady that was at the back said "NO ONE CAN OPEN THE CAGE" When I asked why I was lied to all I got for an answer was attitude and rude looks. I do NOT recommend this Walmart as a customer due to the rude customer service and attitude problems. read more

I was grocery shopping IN Walmart Loganville 5pm when I was notified that a separate curbside order was ready. Dorothy (curbside manager?) refused to give me my curbside order when I am already in the store. She said I will have to go outside, park in the curbside space, and they will bring my curbside order to me. This will add an additional 45 minutes to my Walmart trip today. So much for trying to save my time and trying to save a Walmart employee a trip outside. Ridiculous that Walmart policy would inconvenience a shopper ALREADY IN the store and also needlessly pull another employee to go get an order and bring it outside when a customer is inside the store wanting to pick up the order while shopping for other items. ....5:50 check in. ...6:40 now and I'm still sitting in curbside space without my order. I have just cyber shopped yesterday at walmart.com. I notice they take your money plus extra few dollars as a HOLD. That is unacceptable. You are treating Americans like crap by taking their money, which is not theirs, and also using countries who make extremely sub-standard products. One of the biggest companies in the country and one of worst in the country. And the Loganville store has to be at the bottom of their stores. Order something online for store pickup and when you arrive they tell you they are out of stock. It clearly states IN STOCK on their site and took the order. Now that I have already paid, i have to wait on them to refund to my card 7-10 days. Lady at pickup only had to say was sorry and walk away. Managers only reply was that their website doesnt update very offen. WALMART is a joke. Save your time, pay a few dollars more and get what you want or need somewhere that cares. read more

Went to Walmart for stamps, was told by employee they were sold at every register. Get to the register and they don't in fact sell them at all registers only at register 9. Well we get to register 9 waiting for 15mins then have to wait another 5mins because the person working at register 9 don't know how to get the stamps out, then the supervisor don't know how to work the register properly and almost charges us double for the stamps...really Walmart. The girl at the first register we went to was wonderful and then a different supervisor was an absolute bitch and was walking past and said "TURN YOUR LIGHT OFF!" If you go to the dental care clinic here beware! You get what you pay for in terms of service. One of the dentists here seems to think an exam is using a dental mirror to pull your mouth open far enough to glance in there. No probing, no actual exam. Then he will talk over you, not to you, and speak directly to the hygienist. It's like the patient doesn't exist, the arrogance by this guy is unbelievable! Stay away! read more

I've been using this Walmart since I moved to the area 10 years ago. Lately I've noticed a decline in so many aspects of the store. There was an incident where a shelf in the store wasn't properly secured, and when my 5 year old son touched an item on the shelf, it collapsed, and all the heavy bottles on the shelf fell on him, bruising his hand. It turned out there were no brackets to secure that shelf, and was placed onto two flimsy pins. I didn't leave that store until I had an associate pull the shelf off the wall so it wouldn't happen again. Another time I had a shelf collapse on me while I was looking through a bargain bin. The latest incident was that I ordered an item from Walmart.com for the ship-to-store option. I was not able to pick that item up and figured after 14 days they would return the item back to stock, and refund my money. When I checked my account online it had cited that I had "picked up" the item, not true!! I called the store several times being transferred to the ship-to-store desk but each time the phone rang and rang and rang, and I was never able to talk to an associate. I ended up ringing the number from Walmart.com. I was lucky to reach a friendly customer service rep, and she tried to be very helpful, but was not able to get through to the site-to-store desk, having the same issue when no one was answering the phone. If you did the site to store option, but didn't get a chance to pick it up, check your account to make sure it wasn't marked "picked up". I don't care if this Walmart is less than a mile drive from my house, it's not worth the head ache it's cause my family and I!! read more

I am absolutely LIVID!! I mostly do my grocery shopping on line at Walmart and pick it up. I start my list every week and add to it daily for my order. So last night I put in a order and it was over $200 (cooking for holidays and parties). I go at my allotted time to pick up at my local Monroe Walmart. After waiting for 30 min I find that somehow my app was switched to the Loganville Walmart. So off I go to Loganville, 30 min away. When I arrive at the Loganville location I pull up my app to let them know I am there and what parking space. Only to have the app display that my order was picked up. I stop a associate as they were going in and explain the situation. She states that she saw my order and will go bring it out. After a few minutes she comes back out with a young man who asks me to see the confirmation for my order. I show it to him then he explains that they GAVE my order to someone else. I ordered it, I PAID for it but that loaded it up in someone else's vehicle and it is gone. All they can offer me is the begin a refund. I will have to reorder and pick up the following day or go in and get everything. Ohh and my refund will take 3-5 days. They did not seemed a bit concerned that they let $200 worth of groceries leave and will not get paid. I wasted an hour of time, not to mention the gas wasted. Customer Service employee Joy is the best most excellent down to earth customer service employee ever. They at Walmart should have all employees like Joy. She takes the time out to listen and hear the customer even when the customer service line are a mile long. One cannot teach the ethics and customer service support to deal with the public, but this Walmart employee Joy is truly unique, dedicated not only to her job, but dedicated to the individual customer. And that's what it takes to help out go out of their way to make one's simple question answered. read more

This review is for the Loganville Ga Walmart. Not sure who the inventory manager is for this location but I moved to Loganville 10 years ago and would have put this Walmart up against any I've ever been to all over the country at that time but over the last three years this location's shelves stay vacant. I thought it was due to short inventory but when I've gone to neighboring locations in Snellville, Lawrenceville, and Stone Mountain their shelves are over flowing. As a consequence I've chosen Kroger and Publix to do my shopping because driving out of the way to shop is just not shopping savvy. I spend the same amount in time and gas to go to another location as I would shopping at these other stores. Need for Walmart to step it up at the Loganville location and give its customers what we are looking for not empty and half filled shelves. You are about to lose a customer for good that shops two to three times a week at Walmart (when you have product) for good due to frustration. My time is valuable and I'm tired of wasting it at this location and any other for that matter and I'm to the point that I don't want anything to do with Walmart. read more

A few weeks ago, my precious boy, Billy, won his very first soccer game! I wanted to reward him by buying him a brand new toy, so I drove him to the nearby Walmart. Usually, I wouldn't shop at a place like this, as I usually shop at stores that only offer healthy alternatives, but this was an exception. Anyways, I parked in one of the front spots, so my little boy would not have to walk much, and as soon as we walked in, it was chaos. When we arrived in the toy isle, we found out they did not have a single one of the 'Fortnite' Monopoly games, and they claimed that they did not have any in the back of the store either. I took my sad little Billy towards the door, promising him that everything would be alright, and then I saw it. Another child was at the register with the 'Fortnite' Monopoly game that Billy had wanted. I was absolutely furious. Walmart, you need to learn to treat all of your customers equally! read more

never ever everrrrrr go to this store on a sunday night. they make sure they put the most pitiful managers with 3 of the most pitiful checkout people that they employ, and then pretend that they dont have 100 people that are trying to chk out. tonight i got a chkout girl who literally acted as though she had never seen food before. i got in her line with one person in front of me, at 6:28 and didnt get through until 7:08. last sunday, the chkout girl was very concerned that my coupon was for 67 cents, but rang up for 1.30. this took another 10 min cause she had to get a manager!!! this was a really big deal to her!!! u will never catch me there again. ill shop at kroger! read more

This Walmart use to be one of the nicer Walmarts in the area. That was maybe two years ago...now? It is a horrible establishment!!! The store is always out of stock of something, the fruit is never fresh..I don't think I've ever seen good fruit there actually, it's dirty, the management needs to be trained..or retrained if that's what Walmart thinks is trained staff, and they are obviously lacking employees. I have even heard an employee talk about how understaffed they are. Which boggles my mind because I constantly see people needing a job in my area. All in all if you are in a pinch then I guess but would much rather drive a bit further to avoid going to this Walmart. read more

I was in there tonight trying to print off some photos. I uploaded 228 pictures from the app that you have to download to beable to load pictures from your phone to the kiosk. I was sitting there for over an house with my son, finally after an hour of waiting for them to load my phone said it was done loading and to disconnect phone from the kiosk. Before doing so i noticed the screen said it was only 97% loading. I waited for a few minutes and it never changes percentage. I asked the gentleman in the photo area i believe his name is Richard. He was trying to help me out as much as he could telling me it looks like either the cord that i was using on there machine was a bad cord or it looked like the screen on the kiosk was frozen. I told him that something needed to be done since I was here for over an hour trying to print these pictures out. He said he would get his boss to see what they could do to help me out. Another gentleman came up to me and asked what was wrong I told him the same thing that I told the gentleman Richard. He then said that there probably was nothing they could do to compensate me for my time and that they would have to check with his manager since he would be the one to make the decision. He got his boss bill and when he came up instead of saying how can I help you he decides to say what's wrong. He acted like he was interrupted on his break or something. I simply explained to him what my issue was and that I was not going to sit for another hour and have these pictures try to get reprinted again. He said he had no control over the kiosk and maybe the issue was my phone. He never wants said he was sorry for my time being wasted, and never asked what he could do to fix the situation. All bill said was that we could cancel the order and I would have to do it at my house on my computer. I told him if I wanted to do that I would have done it at my house and not have came here. He was very rude and had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. For someone to be a manager you would think he would have done something to have compensated my time since I was there for over an hour but instead he decides to try to blame the issue on my phone and saying there was nothing he could do. What pisses me off is that he never once said he was very sorry for what had happened and that he apologizes that I would have to probably do this uploading my pictures again. After I left I called the store and I asked to speak to his manager. The lady that answered the phone she said he was out today and would be in tomorrow and that his name was John Day. I told her thank you and that I would simply call the store tomorrow and to speak to John Day about Bill and his horrible horrible customer service or I should say lack of customer service. Hopefully with me talking to John Day there will be something done about the situation and expecially with Bill the manager, because if it was up to me I would fire him. And if you ever have to ask for a manager never ask for Bill because you will get the cold shoulder. He is a tall dark black male with glasses so if he comes walking your way to try to solve the problem you might have well you might as well give up because all he will do is try to blame whatever situation you have a concern about on you. read more
