I couldn't find them, but that's bc it's back to school season and the store had them moved to the front with all the back to school items. I went on a Friday in the morning. There was only one person ahead. I took away a Star bc there was a bunch of stock being put away still, which meant a lot of carts full of stock in the middle of the aisles.

Well , to say the least I will not be back in this dollar tree anymore, even though it's close to my house, , I thought I'd let people know what's really going on at this location with hopes that someone implement the different situation here . If they're not shortstaffed or somebody called out, they're not considering their customer service , by only having one cashier open at this time of day at 12:04 PM. They have Line number 3 open only , customers are backed up down the aisles, midway back in this store location and they're not doing anything about it. Jazlyn is the only pleasant customer service representative in this store today on register #3 The person on register number 1 ( with her light out) Older African American female screaming loudly to customers who approach her politely , to ask her if the register is open, and they're being treated very rudely , & are told to get away from the register immediately'! Then the same women asks loudly can next person at line #3 come to #1 which causes everyone with shopping carts etc ., in line to back up and move out of way so that , that one person called can come to register number one! Not a good look ( confusing) at all causing inconvenience to all customers involved.. and the woman who is at registered #1 is really talking harshly & aggressively to anyone that came up there , to ask if she's open. The best thing she could've done was left her register since her light is already out come over politely take customers from the register# 3 and have them follow her over to #1 register . The customers don't even really know what's going on.. many in the line said ahead of me that she spoke rudely to them as well! This is not acceptable customer care!!! I hope this gets the attention of the owner of this location or the franchisees or how are they doing Dollar Tree locations now.. to respect privacy of others I did not take pictures of the lines,. Maybe some other customers are gonna complain as well. It really wasn't a good look for this location today at All !!!

I couldn't find one, but I saw the sign for pOpshelf next door while leaving and decided to go in (first time ever), and they had it. It cost $2! They also had so many cute home decor items, holiday decorations, reasonably priced kitchen accessories, and even a section for food (which seemed pretty hip with vegetarian items and fancier snacks). For a low priced store, similar to dollar tree or dollar general, I would say this place is great! I will be coming back.

My aunt was there to purchase a little girl's bicycle. She encountered an associate who was on a personal cell phone call and appeared unwilling to assist her, despite her needing to check out by the gardening area. My aunt parked by the gardening area, so that she would not have to roll the bicycle throughout the store. She requested for a manager and the associate Kim refused to call over one. My aunt had to ask another associate to get a manager. What made the situation more troubling is that, after she spoke with a manager, she learned this was not an isolated incident--there have been prior complaints about this employee's conduct. Knowing this behavior has been previously flagged yet continues to occur suggests a larger issue that needs urgent attention. As a customer, we expect--and believe we deserve--courteous and attentive service. The salesperson, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable of the products offered and was able to answer all of my questions. I appreciated how he interacted with me- he seemed really interested in teaching me about the mattresses as opposed to just making the sale. I also liked the fact that this is a small business, not a huge chain. I felt like I actually mattered. I ended up going with a Tempurpedic and couldn't be happier. You do have to go through an adjustment period sleeping on the bed, just like Rob mentioned. After giving it a week or so, I was amazed. In the last 6 months, I've slept better than I ever had. I highly recommend going to check these guys out!
