Cashiers to the left and accessories such as sunglasses are in the front entrance. In the rear of the store are women's and men shoes. Women's clothing in the middle and it's more than enough to choose from all designers. Typical Nordstrom Rack. I didn't check out the men's wear other than glancing over to see the set up which is to the left of the store. Beauty products on the right of the store . I only glanced at the counter didn't shop the products. So I'm not sure what products are there I love their selection of Jeans. I bought a pair w/cute white top. I saw a nice pair of ankle cowboy boots but out of my size. There is also a pick up area in the rear. That's pretty cool. Possibly order online and pick up in store The cost is reasonable although some items are still $150 plus but it's nice quality merchandise. Checkout was a breeze. 10 registers, however, all were not open but I'm sure they are on weekends. I heard over the loud speaker they're now accepting Apple Pay. She was wearing gloves but didn't change them between customers, which felt unsanitary since she was handling multiple people's items. I had a bit of sinus drainage and coughed into my elbow, being mindful of hygiene. The way she reacted--giving me a rude look and pushing my bag toward me--was unnecessary and unprofessional. If you're going to be kind and welcoming to one customer, that same energy should be given to everyone.

Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad.

The section with bath and body products was so enticing I picked up a bottle of lotion to keep at my desk. It became a bit harder to find pajamas. Unless I missed a section the inventory was low and the sale section didn't have much to offer. My last stop was to look for new towels and on the way or what I thought was the way I saw their pet section. So clean and well organized that it made it hard not to look and pick up a couple of items. After looking there I saw Irma who I asked for help judging the size of something I wanted to purchase and directions to the towel section. Needless to say the section was one aisle over and Irma was so nice and very helpful. Overall I'm happy with everything I found and Irma helped to make it a pleasant shopping experience.

When I got called to the register, my grandbaby had a candy bar that still needed to be scanned. She was getting fussy, so I gave it to her to help calm her down. I simply asked the cashier if she had a handheld scanner so the candy could be scanned while my grandbaby was holding it. Instead of just answering yes or no, she replied with attitude and said, "The world ain't going to treat her like you do, and she ain't going to die if you take the candy from her." Then after I finally took the candy from my fussy grandbaby, she picked up the handheld scanner attached to the register anyway. The whole interaction was rude and unnecessary. I didn't ask for parenting advice -- I asked a simple question that only required a yes or no answer. Sometimes people need to learn how to stay in their lane. Judge and raise your own children, not mine.
