This is one of two neighborhood Walmart's I live nearby. I usually end up here as it is on the way home from the gym. What is the deal with employees stepping in front of you and cutting you off without so much as an acknowledgement? This has been happening more and more lately with recent visits. Quality/Quantity - Sadly, they did not have any craft beer. They did have my favorite AZ beer, Kilt Lifter, for $1.15 cheaper than Albersons. Too bad I already bought a case. Such a busy, huge Walmart! My favorite things are the abundance and variety of products. I can find anything from cooking pans to eye drops and food. This is my go to location for the holidays. There are great Halloween, Easter, valentines gifts to grab for coworkers, family members, even a significant other. Anything from themed mugs, stuffed animals, or little gift baskets. This has come in handy for so many last minute affordable gifts and everyone in my life have been appreciative of them. The parking lot is always packed despite the abundance of parking spots. Make sure to drive slowly and look out for pedestrians while backing out. Other than that I love coming to this location. read more

I was so excited to check out this location close to home, I assumed it would be a great experience because it's in a nice part of town. Very busy store, great selection of food and everything else under the sun. Great prices, bad customer service. When we arrived to the cashier stand my husband said "hi how are you?" To the cashier. She responded rudely saying "really?!" And looked at the long busy line. It was very irritating and rude. I had a coupon that 4 different employees didn't know how to ring up, when someone finally made it work the amount of the coupon was wrong, they couldn't fix it and someone else took me to customer service to give me the difference in a refund card. It took about 20 more minutes. Very frustrating experience. This is why I online shop. read more

This is a nice Walmart overall but the service is lacking. It is super frustrating to try to buy a simple item like shaving cream (2-pack for $6.47) and to wait forever for an employee to open the locked cabinet. When the employee finally showed up she said she saw me on a camera but she had to attend to something else first. She seemed to find the situation humorous, which only increased my frustration. I mentioned it to the greeter on my way out, and he confided that his own wife doesn't shop there. I shop there on rare occasion when I need a specialty item, but I'll look harder to buy it elsewhere from now on. read more

There is always an issue with pricing. Signs are always in correct. Items go out of stock quickly and you never know if the online app inventory is correct or not. I do see an increase in customer service. It looks like they got rid of some employees and have hired more people. The store is typically clean and in order but again you can tell what items are in stock. I hope they find a way to increase inventory. read more

Had a craving for some Cookie Crisp cereal and couldn't find any at the grocery store but had passed by this Walmart several times while in Vegas so popped in and was happy to discover they had it at Walmart. Great pricing on the cereal - not sure if this is the normal pricing in Vegas or at Walmart as I don't buy a lot of cereal nor shop that frequently at Walmart. The employees were friendly. This is such a cool Walmart and my favorite one in town!! Highlights: 1. Super nice, helpful employees! For example, when I was doing an in-store pickup, all the employees I encountered were so nice!! While waiting for the employee to bring my order, another employee asked if I was being helped! Awesome customer service here!! Another time, the employee walked me up to the customer service counter because an employee placed items under the wrong price, so she told me they would honor the price! 2. Super modern restrooms!! This Walmart wins restroom design of the year among all superstores! With stainless steel, white countertops, and a deep turquoise accent wall, it's a modern restroom that makes you think, "Wait, is this Walmart?!?" 3. In-store pickup tower! This thing is high tech. I walked up to it like it was a foreign space ship that landed, unsure of how to use it but alas, the glass retracted to show a screen with instructions. You scan your emailed barcode and then the screen tells you if an employee will bring your item or which orange numbered box to open! So cool! This is a Walmart plain and simple, they are all the same, large unorganized and they carry nearly everything the only problem is you have to find it. As usual the customer service is virtually non existent, if you go to the "customer service" you'll have to wait in line behind two or three people and the person helping behind the desk must be related to a sloth because that's how fast she moves. In other words plan on being there for a while. Like I said large normal Walmart. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. read more

The parking lot might be spacious but not for the crowd they get in here. It's always tight and hard to find a space. Inside they have a lot of product so several of the isles are hard to navigate if there is more than one cart in the isle. Some of the employees are good, others definitely lack in friendliness. Why are all the ratings of Walmarts so low? I don't get it? Actually, I do; it's just a rhetorical statement. I guess Walmart is the company that people love to hate. But I look at them under a different light. They are the largest retailer in the world. They beat all competitor's prices hands down and pass it along to the consumer; that's you and me. That's what they do and a pretty damn good job of it if you look at how many cars are in their parking lots all over this country at any given time. No, they're not the cleanest stores on the block. Your neighborhood markets are cleaner and brighter, but they also charge 20% more for everything. No, the employees are not the most affable nor pleasant, but some staff actually do try and help you out. So why the average less than "OK" three stars? Again, Walmart is just the kind of store that "we" have to bitch about, even while walking up and down the local Walmart aisles picking out our daily needs and paying lower prices at checkout. Sorry, but Walmart is OK by me. Otherwise, I'd be paying a lot more for my groceries, stationery, healthcare, toiletries, and other assorted needs. I walked to Walmart and got to the store at 7am to purchase allergy pills. The store opens at 6am. I walk to the case which is locked since of course, much of that section of the store is locked up. I ring the bell and wait. Ring the bell again a few minutes later and wait. After 5 minutes or so, I search for help. There are a lot of blue vests and not many customers since it's early. I asked Alice upfront if she knows who can help me with the allergy case. She can't help and doesn't know where the person is who can help. Can you help me find them? I'm on a (run) or something she says. Do you not work here? Now I'm upset. When I worked at Walmart in 1997, we were trained to find the right person for the customer. Ya, a long time ago but we had work ethic. I go a few isles down and the next woman also cannot help and didn't seem to want to help me find someone either. Let me add she had a key to that case which was just a couple isles down. Finally, someone can and help me. It took me 10 minutes to get my item and I walked straight to the case when walking inside and it's at the front of the store. It's sad that honest people have to ring a bell multiple times and go looking for useless help themselves. The attitude is like, if it's not their assigned isle they aren't moving. I get that only certain people have access but they should help find the right help. How many blue smocks do they need in one small area? Let me add a couple times I've had to wait for a rude employee in cosmetics to unlock a case for a 7$ eyebrow pencil. Wait wait get attitude and then get the wrong item.
