They won't take your script and then order your stuff if they don't have it, you just have to hope they get some in before you run out, which requires about 6 calls and 3 trips through L.C. construction. So when they get it in...you then have to bring your script in for them to fill it...weird business model.... The latest thing is the prices...for one script, one month the price will be $45 and the next it will be $65, then the next it will be $85. Then after asking why, the price magically goes down to $65....I'm thinking they're just guessing...

The worker scanned it, but apparently forgot about it while she helping a woman with a passport photo. By Wednesday, the tracking had not been updated since the scan. I had to call FedEx twice. The store was very clean and fully stocked and the air conditioning was like an oasis from the high humidity and temperatures this time of the year in SW Louisiana. This location seems to be a popular choice for the locals likely because of the prices and extremely friendly customer service - I did use the self-checkout which was quick and easy with no wait. This is definitely a store I plan to return to when in the area...

Yesterday I bought…read morefive bottles of milk from your store, and four of them were already three months past the expiration date. Today my daughter took one bottle to school and found it had gone bad. When I checked, it was three months expired. She had to throw it away immediately. I went back to the store with the three unopened expired bottles to ask for a refund, but the female customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued with me, blamed me for not checking the date myself, and refused to take responsibility for your store's mistake. She also refused to refund the bottle my daughter had already thrown away, only agreeing to refund three bottles. This is clearly your store's fault for selling expired milk, not mine. It is illegal under FDA regulations to stock expired products. The staff's attitude was also terrible and she refused to admit any mistake. I will never shop here again and will definitely expose this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior！

We found one in a lake Charles. Boudreaux's. They called yesterday and said we could pick it up after 12. This script required prepayment. We drove to LC, to be told they are missing an ingredient and they ordered it by a clearly glazed and impaired cashier. The pharmacist or manager nowhere to be seen. It is a glitch in their system (phoned today) in which when your payment processes they (robo?) call and say it is ready. No one tells the customer this, they just say they can do it, or have done it. 110 miles (we don't live in Lake Charles) round trip and no meds... no projected time frame yesterday for getting the elusive unknown ingredient. They have his money and the script from his doctor. Today they say the ingredient will arrive at their location at 7pm, when they are closed. They supposedly will then make it and overnight it to him. Terrible service and I have their saved P/U message from yesterday, so I guess we wait and see. Sad.
