I had delivery service this evening. The bread I ordered was opened (no twist tie) and 4 pieces of that loaf were out of the bread bag just in the gray shopping bag. Very disappointed. If the shopper saw that the bread was open, why didn't they get another loaf? Were they due to get off work or they just don't care. Maybe both. I have to say, I had the best Thanksgiving pre-shopping experience at our Inverness Walmart yesterday. I am expecting to host 19 tomorrow so I had a big shop. I was so happy when I got my overflowing cart to the front there was a cashier named Russell available with nobody ahead of me! He got a second cart so we could fit them as we bagged everything, and was so cheery, patiently working through my pile. Then another superstar, Angel, came and helped me push the second cart to my car so I could get all these in 1 trip. Both so pleasant and helpful, I am grateful they made this a easy as can be. They have what you need but I'm not impressed with how many dogs they let in the store now. I love dogs, but not in the grocery store.

Auto center has the worst customer service and least knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. They will sell you defective products and tell you it's your fault they don't work, even if it's something you have used or done many times before. They will gaslight you into believing you broke stuff when in reality they don't give a crap about the customer or the products they put in your hands even if it puts you in danger. They sold me a defective battery that was tested defective, I replaced the defect battery from Walmart with a reliable replacement for testing (it then worked fine) and they still told me it was my fault. These batteries can kill you if they are internally put together the wrong way and the fact the manager didn't give a crap and sent me home with a product we both knew very well could severely hurt me says a lot about this Walmart. read more

I have been using the App with free curbside since the quarantine in Florida took effect in March. They do a great job getting you most of what you order correct. This is a Wal-Mart it has everything you can think of. Sometimes it's hard to find help depends on what time and what time of the month you go. We will start in the deli short on help all the time but the employees that work there do a great job taking care of us customers, they need to sharpen there pencil on ordering. The grocery dept does a good job of keeping up with all the food on the shelves. Automotive dept just drop off your car for oil change, tires or just rotate your tires while you shop it's awesome. Sporting goods fishing, guns, boating, swimming almost anything. Toy dept is my granddaughters favorite place everything she wants and any toy out there. Last but not least soap, shampoo, personal things that we all need and use daily. Oh yea get your hair cut, New pair of glasses and get your fingernails & toenails done. I love it ;-) read more

This location seems to have a perpetual problem opening adequate checkouts in the mid morning. Today to top it off, after waiting 10 minutes, the line next to me opened by a woman who seemed to be in charge of all check outs. Did she take myself, the next in line? No she took the people behind me. I reacted as civilly as I could at the time and told her she could put my items away as I walked out of the store, leaving the cart in front of her. Management at this location should keep closer track as to what is happening in this area. They should also monitor employees that seem to be distracted because of some beef with another employee. read more

I use Walmart for delivery groceries and have been pleased with their service for several months. I am home bound and they have served me well. One thing though, they don't always have all my choices on my list and sometimes they go through different store to fill the orders than the local store and I'm charged delivery and handling for each item. That adds-up fast of they keep in you posted on the progress of the delivery Publix is the best service and timing. Their prices are increased on the individual items, it adds up. I agree with Mary C. from two days ago. We went into Walmart today with our masks properly placed. Immediately we saw numerous customers with masks draped on their chins. One woman in the meat section was talking on the phone for several minutes with a mask around her neck. Everywhere we looked customers with nose & mouth exposed. Then in complete horror I discovered why! About half of the employees had either nose or nose & mouth exposed!!! I do appreciate those employees who are safety conscious & have the good sense to properly wear their mask. I do not appreciate the many employees that follow the lead of the supervisors/managers we saw who had dangling masks. Now I know "the rest of the story" customers don't wear masks properly when Walmart personnel have NO respect for them. read more

This Walmart store has a terrible customer service manager. We have a healthy foods card that allows us $50.00 worth of free groceries per month but we have to use it at Walmart. The cashier we had apparently was not trained correctly on how to run the card and kept telling us it was declined so we paid with our debit card and when we got home we checked our healthy foods card balance and the charge did go through, so basically we were charged twice and Walmart would not give us a refund or a store credit, actually we were just blown off. Apparently they could care less about senior citizens having enough money to buy their groceries!! read more

If you want to be criminalized for spending your hard earned money, Shop Walmart ! They will stop you at the door to ask for your receipt and measure the items in your bag against the receipt, just because you are probably a thief. If you use the Pharmacy at Walmart for your medications, they will ask you 20 questions about your medication before filling the prescription, lie about the time the prescription will finally be available and have no issue whatsoever about having you come back 2 or 3 times for that prescription, despite gasoline costs to you, all this because you are probably a drug addict. Need more shaming for being a decent citizen ? No problem ! Walmart employees will belligerently walk in front of you, cutting you off many times through your shopping because you are just not important and they will happily back this up at checkout, making you check out your groceries and bag your groceries in that little slot, if you can get through the self-checkout register without it malfunctioning. See, you should have a Master's in computer science, but you don't and Walmart will remind you of that because you are probably a drug addict criminal they do not need. read more

But sad that all registers where closed and the self service registers are the only ones open. That means those are jobs that no longer are available and the personal attention is not there. While I also understand that it helps keep prices down at the expense of customer service. Bathrooms are very clean in this location and shopping carts are always picked up. read more

Walmart Pharmacy.......just an unnecessarily difficult experience. Wife gets out of the emergency room. Dr there sends Rx to Walmart Pharmacy before 10am. Stood in line for 20 minutes at noon to be told to come back in an hour. Went back into a LONGER line at 230 to be told to "come back" and "how busy we are". Finally got smart and started checking the Walmart app. After 7 hrs of no update we called the pharmacy and was told "tomorrow by 10am"!!! Typical Walmart Customer Disservice! read more

This Walmart location provides customers with the typical Walmart experience. The store does provide customers with a wide selection of goods commonly found in the Walmart Stores across the nation. The shelves are well stocked and the store is relatively easy to navigate for those that have shopped at Walmart. Those of you reading this review already knew why only two stars were given: customer service. The customer service in this location is awful. Finding a Walmart team member for assistance is difficult and unfortunately they are offer little help. There are several checkout lanes, but very few of them are open for customer use. This Walmart does offer self checkout options that are the popular choice for customers. This option has its own pitfalls as the Walmart team members are again of very little assistance. This leaves the front of the store very congested and customers frustrated. I do not blame this negative experience on the Walmart team members I interacted with today, but instead on the Walmart management level. There appears to be a lack of guidance and involvement with the Walmart team members. Someone needs to step in and better motivate this mismanaged team. read more

Went in for a couple of things. No registers open except self check out. There was a pile of dog crap in the middle of the floor. No one came to clean it up the whole time I was in line. If WALMART wants its customers to wear masks and they have a BIG banner outside the store stating this requirement is mandated by local ordinance, which it IS NOT, this is strictly a WALMART CORPORATE POLICY, then you must require ALL your employees to wear their masks properly. Your banner states all customers must wear their mask over their mouth and nose while your employees have their noses hanging out of their masks. I completely understand how hard it is to work for hours at a time breathing through a moist, hot mask. I feel for your employees BUT if you impose this on customers you need to prepare yourself for the MASK POLICE. We, your patrons will not sit back and let you virtue signal via your corporate policy while your employees don't even adhere to this new, ridiculous requirement. read more

The staff has increased since the Covid lockdown, so there is plenty of Customer Service personnel on the floor in store if needed. The Personal Shoppers who pick our orders & those Associates that bring the order to the Reserved curbside pick up spaces, do a Fantastic job. Rain, Heat & Humidity, bright mid day Sunshine. With ALL the Newbies moving into our wonderful communities, utilizing the Curbside Pick Up is absolutely amazing for quick, easy Online Ordering and a scheduled time to collect the order! Walmart plus with Delivery option is a great way to maximize your shopping & time. Either way, Walmart has been a Life Line during the past 2 years & we recommend this location to everyone. Well so far I am not convinced this is great. I ordered from the Gulf to Lake Inverness Florida store. I called this morning to see if I could add a few more bananas was told no. Now I got the sub list and the bread I ordered they don't have so I asked them to just put any bread in there they said they have bread but they would not add any to his order because it is not close to what I ordered him. I tried to explain my dad is 77 and i live in NC I don't want him in the store but he needs bread. She didn't care. This is why I don't shop walmart much. read more

I need to spotlight an exceptional Walmart employee. Today, I was shopping at Walmart and found my favorite mints were absent from the shelf. After noticing me, an employee named Lucy stopped what she was doing to inquire if she could assist me in anyway. I shared with her I was looking for my favorite mints. Without hesitation, she checked and learned the mints were delivered to the store today, she asked me to stand-by for a moment, and returned with a box of mints asking, "How many packages would you like?" i buy most everything at this store and very happy except the auto department. the lady is great but others need an attitude adjustment. i bought 3 batteries and overheard one of the employees very beligerant to a couple customers i was service director for a local car dealership and my/our moto was _ -YES WE CAN but i heard an employee say the idiots think they are the omly ones needing tires. also there were customers in line the lady was very busy and another employee i tnink shop foreman was standing with coffee in hand never even reconized the waiting customers. what a bummer. attitudes awful. just thought someone needed to know read more

5 Stars to store manager, Tracy------- 1 Star to auto department. Had a Walmart Maxx battery still in warranty. Car would not start. Auto service said battery was "good" and refused to replace said must be an "electrical problem". Finally went to a garage--they said no electrical problem other than a bad battery--only 8 volts from a 12 volt battery.Had them to replace the battery-- kept old battery. Went back to Walmart and my son and I talked to manager, Tracy, requesting a refund of my expenses. After thorough explanation, Tracy understood the situation and agreed that the service people had erred and caused me undue expense. She took the old Walmart battery, and refunded me the expense of the new one and said that the service person would be given additional training to prevent re-occurrence. .THANKS Tracy !!!! My respect for Walmarts "customer service and satisfaction" is fully restored!. read more

The Deli Department is always a stop. The help works quickly so there is usually only two people in front of we when I arrive. I am through the Deli line in minutes. The store is larger than surrounding ones so you can find what you can not at the smaller local Walmart's. I have not had any trouble finding people to help me and they have gone out of their way to help find what I am looking for at the store. read more

Today is Oct. 27th, 2015 Tuesday - Consistently when I go to Garden dept. I usually buy bags of mulch, dirt etc., so today was no different, that rarely if ever does anyone help you load. That is the reason I go there to GET HELP. Im in bad heath.I have loaded myself so many times. But I just had a complete hip replacement and am not even suppose to be lifting stuff like that. I bought 26 bags of mulch. Sure enough there is the employee moving flowers around and he knew I was there. I sat there a few minutes then I decided I couldn't wait all day. Should I try to walk alll the way back inside with my cane to complain or to get him? What was worse ??? SO the bags aren't like dirt so I started loading it. They guy never came over. It was a birds eye shot where I was. If I was dishonest I could have loaded a ton . When I was done I drove by him he was walking in front of me and he had no idea I was there because he was listening to his head set...so there you have it.
