It's fine as Targets go. Good selection of products. My biggest gripe is with the check outs. They usually have 2-4 self check outs (my preferred method) and 1 or 2 lanes open. The issue is when they only have 1 check out open and maybe 2 or 3 self check outs. They now limit the self check outs to 10 items or less. If anyone has an issue on the self check out, they have to wait for the sole full check out person to be available to help them. It's a bad model to have the self check outs managed by the regular check out person. It leads to long wait times and a stressed out looking clerk. Plus if they have to help at self check out, then their line is at a stand still and vice versa. I like Target as a store, but the way they've been handling check out this past year has A LOT of room for improvement. read more

If you're in the Belleview/Summerfield area then you get the pleasure of deciding which Target you want to visit because you're probably smack in the middle of the Ocala location and Lady Lake location. I will say, if you're looking at kids clothes, toys, young women's and men's clothes then Lady Lake is the better option. The demographic in Lady Lake being 55+ means they aren't buying these products that are probably sold out in Ocala. The store is also clean and organized every time I shop here. I prefer visiting the Lady Lake location, getting an iced chai at Starbucks and getting some steps in while shopping is always a treat. read more

When I tried to return it to TARGET they were very Rude with Nasty attitudes and refused to take it back, even though they verified it was Target merchandise.....so far no positive help from Corporate office. Came in looking for the Disney Cutie Cuff that's sold out everywhere! Of course I didn't find the Disney one....but I did find a Hello Kitty one!! Which I love even more than the Disney that I was looking for. She's so cute and makes a great accessory to my car :) If you're also seeking any of these little guys, they're located up in the front near the registers right before getting to the makeup area. This location is located right in the Villages and in a shopping plaza with other various stores. Plenty of parking and the store is very clean and organized. I enjoy this Target location. It's usually not crazed if you go at off hours and you can enjoy a pleasant Target experience. This location always has good swim wear but you do need to go at the start of the season as they go fast. I enjoy the back corner of the store too with the patio furniture in the Spring and the solar lights at Holiday time. I don't get why most outdoor lights aren't solar these days anyhow. read more

Yeah a better shopping experience than W/M for sure, and lots of gotcha prices but you will find some savings. Some. On the other hand while workers are helpful, getting ANYONE to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. Dial 2 for departments, then try to find one where they pick up. Then ask them to alert the service desk and transfer your call. Otherwise the phone rings (?!) in the background until you're disconnected. Pharmacy is similar. Pharmacist will answer once but if he can't help you he will then not pick up. For any other call. Not good. Deserves a reprimand. read more

We came to target at night to purchase similac formula for our babies. None of the cashier or management knows how to apply $15 off manufacture coupon. Drake, the night shift manager doesn't want to admit he doesn't know how. He just said it doesn't make sense why Similac gives you $15 off while the product is only $22. He accused us that we are Using a snap shot of the coupon. My wife then had to go to similac.com and retrieve the coupon in front of him. He was speechless and called Dawn, another managment staff . Dawn is super rude and jumped to conclusion that we used expired coupon or snapshot. I showed her that the coupon is not expired. she starts BS that we must print the coupon out for them or maybe you tried to use it twice. I said it is a digital coupon, you just need to scan it to take off $15. You dont need any print out Both of them didn't know how to do it. The other day, I was able to use it at Target before, and know for sure that they are totally wrong. I told them if you don't know how to do it, then tell me the name of store manager, so I can talk to him to resolve my issue. He refuses to give me the name and being nasty saying that why are you always coming at night? Why is he criticizing the time coming of customers ? If target opens until 10-11 and we cannot come at night in our free time ? The girl Dawn just pitched in her mouth and said you need to leave or i will call the cops on you. This is how Target is treating their customers when the staff is under trained, being too rude to stay at customers. Be careful guys. Dawn is always eavesdropping at your story and find all the bullshit to turn you away and loses your rights and prilvilege. Target will continue losing customers and reputation due to these bad employees! read more

Today, 22Oct20 @ 11:30 AM, there was only one cash register open (along with 3 self-check-outs). The line to the one register was backed up, no other employee insight, it was ridiculous...finally a male employee walks past 3 times, numerous people asking him to OPEN another register. He finally opens a register, I happened to move to his lane (User ID # 7970 3794 2992). He never made eye contact, never greeted me, never acknowledged me. This Target is Notorious for never having enough cashiers. My time is also valuable. read more

Target in Lady Lake, Florida. Last 3 times we went to this store, there was an excuse why they had no pizza hut pizzas at the pizza hut. First excuse was an employee called off, second one was no dough and no employee. This time I called to make sure somebody was working that department and they said yes. We went there and they had no pizza dough. Supervisor wants me to call and see if an employee is working and check if PIZZA HUT has dough, cheese and sauce. Unbelievable. read more
