You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase. I liked her though... we had a laugh or two.

That's for employees only, like I'm breaking the sacred Barnes noble book law, looking up a book on a kiosk. Overall I did not buy any books I will not buy any books from this Barnes noble or any Barnes noble ever. Lousy experience. Lousy service. The employee at Barnes noble made me feel sad and angry. I then decided to browse the store since I was given Kohl's cash as part of my refund. I did not see anything I really needed though. The store was actually pretty big in size. Everything was laid out on the same floor and somewhat easy to maneuver. I went through so many departments. I think I browsed through all departments except for the children's sections. The clearance items were scattered in different places so if you were looking for a specific clearance or sale sign, you would be out of luck. The store was tidy for the most part and clean. Honestly, I have seen gas-station restrooms that would put this one to shame, and not in a god way. To add insult to smelly injury: I could not find a clerk to ring up my merchandise. After eating, I took a quick walk to see what stores are available. The anchor stores had JCPenney, Belks, and Macy. There looks to be another anchor store called Paddock Market, but it doesn't look open yet. Some of the more noticeable answer stores included Bath and Body Works, Lululemon, and Hollisters. I didn't go inside any of the stores as I didn't see any sales that I was looking for. There area some kid friendly activities inside the mall, including the animal scooters, bungee bounce, and kiddie rides. This is one of the few malls where I saw the T-Bone bull ride. There was a sign saying adults were not allowed to ride, but this naughty cowboy still had to mount it. Luckily, no one was there to give stares or yell at me. I also saw mechanical horses at the Paddock Market, so I will definitely mount those as well when that store opens. I didn't really see staff at the mall. Normally Allied Universal security will be present and patrolling, especially after the shooting incident a couple years ago. However, I didn't see them at all today. While this is the only mall in Ocala, as least it looks alive with some patrons roaming and shopping. It's a nice small mall to stop by when visiting Ocala. Overall: B

We got up and moved, frustrated by the incredibly rude treatment. Also, check out their accessory selection as they have a wide range of fashionable pieces that are great for everyday wear. You can't forget about their clothing area as they typically have a great selection of everyday to work wear and a huge swimwear selection that's perfect for any pool or beach day.
