I said I'm looking for science books any non-fiction books, she speaks to me really loud, all books on science are non-fiction, I'm like What the heck was that about. So she directs me to the shelf of science books, and she's like what am I looking for, in a very rude loud tone, I said I'll find it, she leaves, then I go outside to get my phone to find the Barnes noble website I marked, I come back in I use the kiosk monitor thing to look up a title, to see if it's in store, and her friend another angry rude mean employee, is like NO SIR!!! That's for employees only, like I'm breaking the sacred Barnes noble book law, looking up a book on a kiosk. Overall I did not buy any books I will not buy any books from this Barnes noble or any Barnes noble ever. Lousy experience. Lousy service. The employee at Barnes noble made me feel sad and angry. That's how I left.

I thoroughly enjoyed being able to actually walk through the isles ( 1 or 2 cartwheels) the isles were not so over stocked with items on the floor, or here or over there. I was able to actually see every item being displayed. I have been looking for crystals and rocks for so long and just about forgot about what I had been wanting , but then coming here I soon understood why nobody else has anything! They have so many crystals and so many different kinds of rocks and crystals and rocks! Prices are outstanding too! Not much of a "kids section" , but who cares they have entire other stores. We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. I then decided to browse the store since I was given Kohl's cash as part of my refund. I did not see anything I really needed though. The store was actually pretty big in size. Everything was laid out on the same floor and somewhat easy to maneuver. I went through so many departments. I think I browsed through all departments except for the children's sections. The clearance items were scattered in different places so if you were looking for a specific clearance or sale sign, you would be out of luck. The store was tidy for the most part and clean. It was also nice because there were barely any shoppers, which I definitely prefer. I wound up leaving after looking through everything because ya know, budgeting!

The ladies room was not just filthy -- which it was -- but it also had cracked, dirty floors, plumbing fixtures that were so outdated I was amazed they worked and why is the toilet 6 inches off the floor?. Honestly, I have seen gas-station restrooms that would put this one to shame, and not in a god way. To add insult to smelly injury: I could not find a clerk to ring up my merchandise. I finally left in disgust. I will not be going back.

A short time later, a man wearing the same uniform approach and said rather rudely "Didn't she tell you to move. This section is closed." I asked how I was supposed to know that, and was pointed to some collection of ropes that apparently blocked off one side of the food court, and told "common sense" in a very condescending tone e. We got up and moved, frustrated by the incredibly rude treatment. In this time of reduced foot, traffic and shopping malls, I cannot believe that the Management would want staff to treat customers so rudely. Based on this, I assure you, I will never return to this particular mall. I expect it will probably be closed and turned into a storage facility or something similar in the near future. I really like this location also has an Ulta section that carries beauty products from MAC, Benefit, Clinique, and more. The Target beauty section is one of my favorite sections as it's always organized and carries a great selection of Fine'ry perfumes like the minis which are great for your purse or travels. Also, check out their accessory selection as they have a wide range of fashionable pieces that are great for everyday wear. You can't forget about their clothing area as they typically have a great selection of everyday to work wear and a huge swimwear selection that's perfect for any pool or beach day. Also, make sure you stop by their clearance area. They have a lot of great gems there.
