Mr. Billy's expertise in fitting length allowed me to have the confidence of a perfect fit once he reassured what the new length would be. Afterwards he directed me to a heaven sent stylist by the name of DANNY! This man is of GOD! He instantly visualized and put together what would complete my outfit. A beautiful royal blue button down that fit exactly to my frame, a beautiful black hat that was exactly the size for me, and to top it all off he provided me with the most classy royal blue matching socks. There CAN be some deals. Sometimes. Many times there are no deals. Housewares, Linens, Luggage, Tableware are all overpriced and sitting at the top of that range that should be charged for these items. You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase. I liked her though... we had a laugh or two.

When I went to pay I could not find a register a sales associate named "Sameth Klawansky" had quickly helped me. She was so kind and had a sweet conversation with me. She told me ways to save and we talked about some other thing's. She had been saying that she worked for Macy's for 13 years and her co worker was there for 33. It turned out to be a nice visit shopping at the store today. My jeans were on sale and definitely a great value! People are always thinking Macy's is pricey, maybe it's all relative but for what they offer I don't think so and with sales and promo codes you can make out really well. We were approached by a woman and what I would describe as a small uniform who mumbled something to us, which we couldn't quite understand. She walked on and we continued eating. A short time later, a man wearing the same uniform approach and said rather rudely "Didn't she tell you to move. This section is closed." I asked how I was supposed to know that, and was pointed to some collection of ropes that apparently blocked off one side of the food court, and told "common sense" in a very condescending tone e. We got up and moved, frustrated by the incredibly rude treatment. In this time of reduced foot, traffic and shopping malls, I cannot believe that the Management would want staff to treat customers so rudely. Based on this, I assure you, I will never return to this particular mall. I expect it will probably be closed and turned into a storage facility or something similar in the near future.
