Mr. Billy's expertise in fitting length allowed me to have the confidence of a perfect fit once he reassured what the new length would be. Afterwards he directed me to a heaven sent stylist by the name of DANNY! This man is of GOD! He instantly visualized and put together what would complete my outfit. A beautiful royal blue button down that fit exactly to my frame, a beautiful black hat that was exactly the size for me, and to top it all off he provided me with the most classy royal blue matching socks. There CAN be some deals. Sometimes. Many times there are no deals. Housewares, Linens, Luggage, Tableware are all overpriced and sitting at the top of that range that should be charged for these items. You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase. This is the only mall in the Ocala area. Parking wasn't hard to find in the food court area. So I…read moreparked over there and ate at the food court. After eating, I took a quick walk to see what stores are available. The anchor stores had JCPenney, Belks, and Macy. There looks to be another anchor store called Paddock Market, but it doesn't look open yet. Some of the more noticeable answer stores included Bath and Body Works, Lululemon, and Hollisters. I didn't go inside any of the stores as I didn't see any sales that I was looking for. There area some kid friendly activities inside the mall, including the animal scooters, bungee bounce, and kiddie rides. This is one of the few malls where I saw the T-Bone bull ride. There was a sign saying adults were not allowed to ride, but this naughty cowboy still had to mount it. Luckily, no one was there to give stares or yell at me. I also saw mechanical horses at the Paddock Market, so I will definitely mount those as well when that store opens. I didn't really see staff at the mall. Normally Allied Universal security will be present and patrolling, especially after the shooting incident a couple years ago. However, I didn't see them at all today. While this is the only mall in Ocala, as least it looks alive with some patrons roaming and shopping. It's a nice small mall to stop by when visiting Ocala. Overall: B

We were approached by a woman and what I would describe as a small uniform who mumbled something to us, which we couldn't quite understand. She walked on and we continued eating. A short time later, a man wearing the same uniform approach and said rather rudely "Didn't she tell you to move. This section is closed." I asked how I was supposed to know that, and was pointed to some collection of ropes that apparently blocked off one side of the food court, and told "common sense" in a very condescending tone e. We got up and moved, frustrated by the incredibly rude treatment. In this time of reduced foot, traffic and shopping malls, I cannot believe that the Management would want staff to treat customers so rudely. Based on this, I assure you, I will never return to this particular mall. I expect it will probably be closed and turned into a storage facility or something similar in the near future. Well deserved.

I visited to return an item I purchased online because it was missing a piece. There was someone in front of me being assisted and I did not wait long. The staff member was very friendly, quick, and personable. The transaction took maybe 5 minutes. I then decided to browse the store since I was given Kohl's cash as part of my refund. I did not see anything I really needed though. The store was actually pretty big in size. Everything was laid out on the same floor and somewhat easy to maneuver. I went through so many departments. I think I browsed through all departments except for the children's sections. The clearance items were scattered in different places so if you were looking for a specific clearance or sale sign, you would be out of luck. The store was tidy for the most part and clean. It was also nice because there were barely any shoppers, which I definitely prefer. I wound up leaving after looking through everything because ya know, budgeting!

We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today.
