I have had a few instances where I've spoken to customer service for an address change/size change/ or wrong order and they were quick to reply and fix the situation. This morning I had went in seeking a new pair of Levi's and I knew that they were on-sale and yes there were many and I found easily what I was looking for after asking for help finding where this section in the store was. When I went to pay I could not find a register a sales associate named "Sameth Klawansky" had quickly helped me. She was so kind and had a sweet conversation with me. She told me ways to save and we talked about some other thing's. She had been saying that she worked for Macy's for 13 years and her co worker was there for 33. It turned out to be a nice visit shopping at the store today. My jeans were on sale and definitely a great value! People are always thinking Macy's is pricey, maybe it's all relative but for what they offer I don't think so and with sales and promo codes you can make out really well. Housewares, Linens, Luggage, Tableware are all overpriced and sitting at the top of that range that should be charged for these items. You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase.
