We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. I have been going to Optical Outlets in Ocala for 5 or 6 years. They have always done a good job…read moretaking care of me. This year they have exceeded my expectations resolving my eyesight issues. I had my eyes checked in February and ordered my glasses. When my glasses were delivered I was disappointed that I was seeing okay, but I thought that maybe the glasses need to be adjusted. The staff were so helpful and did adjustments which did not help. Recommended that I come in to see the doctor again and get another vision check. When I came in for my vision recheck. The doctor asked me to read a line. Well I was not able to read even the top line. Come to find out my cataract in one eye had gotten a lot worse in just 3 months. The doctor was able to write a new prescription that improved my vision so much I can actually read very well. Mary helped my pick out a different frame and made sure the lenses were correct with my new prescription. I received a text that my glasses were in at the store. Mary delivered the glasses with the new prescription made sure the fit was good and I could see better. The entire staff has exceeded my expectations in the resolution of my vision issue. I noticed their frame prices were substantially higher than last year, and with that bad experience with the "girl from the back," I will not go there again

I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.

We have upgrade, traded in, purchased outright, and then just used the equipment we had until something come along that we wanted to buy or trade in. The employees at this location are 'nice' with limitations of their requirements of being a Verizon employee. The employees are just Verizon employees who do not go beyond their personal place of being authenticly friendly, they are here just here to do a job and get paid - not be nice or anything close friendly. The young girl with we were assigned to reeked of marijuana. We had to explain to her 3, 4, 5 times that we had already upgraded our phones to S25's and needed to turn purchased old phones in.
