We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. Wait! It gets worse. One of the lenses fell out. My wife went to have them fixed. She was told the glasses were over four years old, and I would need a full eye exam and must purchase a new pair. Not even close. The glasses were about two months old or less. Update. I went to the same location that my wife went to. I was curious about how I would be treated. Very nice young lady. However, the first thing was to try and get me to take out an insurance policy for the new lens. When we got to the price for one replacement lens, I was quoted about 25% more money than the original glasses cost. I am in my early 70s and have never made a negative review in the past. I felt obligated to warn others of what they could experience if they are using Optic Outlet in Lady Lake Florida.

I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.
