My initial disappointment was real -- the first arrangement we received for Mother's Day did not reflect the value or flower preferences we discussed when placing the order, especially for the price paid. I was frustrated because I intentionally chose to support a local florist and expected a more polished, thoughtfully designed arrangement. That said, Jeff handled the situation professionally. He acknowledged the concerns, admitted the original arrangement missed the mark, and replaced it with a much fuller and more beautiful bouquet that better reflected the value and quality we expected. The replacement arrangement was far more cohesive, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, and my mom was very happy with it. While the first experience was disappointing, I do appreciate a business that takes accountability and genuinely works to correct a mistake. Customer service after the sale matters, and they made a strong effort to make things right.
