5 Minutes away from home I use the Pharmacy and got my Shingles Shot there I get all my Insulin there

Absolutely ridiculous!! Been going to this store for over 7 years Been ordering online with pickup for 2+ years. I have boys under 6 and this is the only way I can shop This week I had 2 online pickup orders At my pickup time I received a message saying it would be 2 hours late I went and all of my fruit and items were frozen cold !! Today I had pick up at 3pm... it wasn't ready until 7:30pm and there are at least 15 cars waiting for their late pickups. The store closes at 8pm!!! Unacceptable!!!! read more

I guess I'm stupid for having used the delivery service after the actual verbal abuse I received from the pick-up manager/supervisor. No, I was not being a Karen. I'm disabled and often cannot drive. The last two orders, which are the same order, over the last two days have both been cancelled by walmart with no refund or release on my funds. This is a common occurrence, even though I normally over tip. That's why I think I'm stupid for continuing to use them, but they know many of us don't really have a choice since Walmart and Amazon have intentionally destroyed most all of our other options. read more

This is the closest Walmart Supercenter to me. It is a hit and miss with this location. I try to go in and out but something always catches my eye. Currently the garden area at Walmart is a must see for me. Even though I usually don't purchase actual plants, I am a sucker for garden flags. I like my garden flags to go with each season and Walmart has the perfect pack of a variety of seasonal garden flags. As a bonus for taking a stroll through their garden area, I am usually able to check out their registers, which are typically open. Parking is always available. read more

It seems that when you get away from the city, like out here towards Monroe, the Wal-Marts improve in quality. This is a good one that is clean, well stocked, has friendly associates and a large parking lot set way back from the highway. And while the cart I nabbed had a flat wheel, the shopping was still pretty solid. Does anyone know what the "Ten Foot Rule" is? It's something that Mr. Sam (the Wal-Mart founder) required. Any time an associate comes within ten feet of a customer, they're expected to greet them. At the Wal-Mart near me in Charlotte, this doesn't happen. But at this one in Indian Trail, it happened three times. I was amazed. Great training, store manager! read more

Not happy with the service ..I've been trying to get in touch with someone just for a simple question. All I got was a fu button 2x. My wife and I just took our baby home from the hospital and I wanted to see if the pharmacy was also 24 hours. I dunno now about going out of my way to come to this location. Walmart Supercenter - hello my name is nuna - Department Stores Near Me - Indian Trail, North Carolina

I ordered 2 replacement trailer tires from Walmart.com that were delivered to the Indian Trail NC Walmart. The local Indian Trail Walmart mounted the tires and I found the new and old tires were both the same printed size (different brand) 195/75 R14. I have an unused spare tire mounted on the trailer side that measures 26" tall and 8" wide, whereas the new tires are less than 24" tall and only 6" wide; and yet they both have printed on them the same size. The local Walmart says they can't help me because I bought them online at Walmart.com. Walmart.com now says they can't change anything, but they will give me Carlisle's (tire manufacture) telephone number so I can try to get them to fix. read more

Call Walmart auto center. They told me it takes 20-30 min to change tires. Over an hour later, ask about status of the car, some tech say closing shift we all going to lunch. 2 1/2 hours later and they are not done. Not manager around to hold this knocked heads accountable. read more

The eye care service at this Walmart is horrible they are never open and when they are there's no one there that can do anything. Went with my prescription the guy there said he couldn't do anything. So why are they even there if they can't do anything. Went the next day and they were gone to lunch. Had to wait and hour. Called me on Thursday and said my glassed were ready but no one would be there on Frida . Went Saturday the Dr had already left. Just do even bother! read more

Went down the aisle where paper plates and cups are...notice the Great Value 150 count plates was open (3 rows). Went and found a manager (Johnsy) and advise him that was a issue! He looked at me like I was stupid and didn't say a word! Guess he didn't feel that all the plates being open was an issue! read more

I love this Walmart! Here is a list of all of the things I love about this Walmart. Clean, big, great selection, great prices, great produce and friendly cashiers. Parking- Usually I have absolutely NO problem getting in and out. Large Store- In order to get everything you need on your shopping list be prepared to do some walking. Subway- Hungry? Why wait? They have a Subway! This location is past Stallings on 74 near Indian Trail. You can't miss it. read more

This is not a well run Wal-Mart. Usually out of at least one item we go for. Have stopped shopping here and go to the one in SC, a much much better experience. Have spoke with management about their inability to keep the basics on the shelves. Always excuses, no accountability. Go elsewhere. read more

Listen, I've never felt the best about any Walmart. This Walmart CAME THROUGH. I came in today to run an errand for work and was completely scatterbrained and I'm a rush. The workers helped me find what I needed and walked with me until i could find what I was looking for. NOT ONLY THAT but As I left and made it back to the office I realized I didn't have my purse on me. Immediate panic set in as I thought there's no way someone didn't steal what was in my purse if I left it. I raced back and called Walmart asking if anyone had by chance turned in my purse and they said one of their workers had brought in a purse from the parking lot. Sure enough, my purse was safe and sound and everything was in it and I could not have been more thankful to them. So 10/10 reviews!!! read more

So I live about 30 seconds away from this Walmart so I have to admit I am there at least 3 times a week and usually a lot more. I love this Walmart! Especially during the day. You don't have to fight crowds and get angry while shopping. Saturdays & Sundays are normally busier and we try to avoid it until the crowd calms down. I gave the Walmart a 4 only because I have had times where they are out of what I needed or is was messy and unorganized but for the most part it is always well put together and they always have exactly what we need. We have cashiers that we know and always get in their lines because we know they will be kind and considerate. Over all I am glad that we live this close to a good Walmart! It really comes in handy when you need something quick and I recommend this one especially :) read more

I was stopped by the greeter in the front and was asked to show my receipt while others were walking out with buggies full of bags. She scanned my 3 items to make sure they were purchased. I bought a plant, face wash, and a pair of earrings for my daughter. I'm just disappointed that she chose the Asian lady who had one bag to stop and not anyone else read more

They usually have what I need and it is my go to place for quick purchases. But, when it comes down to telephone customer service there is ample room for improvement. It usually takes a very long time for them to pick up the phone and once they do, sometimes it takes quite a bit more to get to a specific department. If the department doesn't pick up, eventually you'll return to the main switchboard to start all over again. Walmart generates enough revenue to add positions in this store and hopefully do a better job in providing not OK, but GOOD customer service all around. read more

It was the cleanest Walmart I have EVER ben to!!!! The staff was extremely nice, and I didn't feel like I was being followed, like all the other ones in Charlotte, they should just put on a pair of handcuffs and put all the items you pick out in the cart for you, wouldn't that be nice!! read more

This is one of the worst Wal-Mart locations I've ever been to. The staff members aren't friendly nor helpful whatsoever. It seems like all Wal-Marts keep a fair amount of registers closed, but this location rarely has more than 25% of them staffed. Lines are always long and express lanes are closed more often than not. I avoid this location as much as possible. read more

I shop at this Walmart quite often and I can truly tell you, this Walmart needs some work. I'm a consultant to business and work on-line with individuals and business, in the various aspects to running business. Walmart may want to consider this store for my services. Let me start by saying, I give credit to the cleanness of the store, they get one thumbs up from me on this. They keep the outside appearance well and that's a plus. Now let me get to the problem with this store. Their customer service; NOT GOOD! The thing that can kill a store customer base is its customer service. I tell you this one is Dead On Arrival. I honestly can't say there was a time I visit and their is a person available to assist with item location. Let me take a moment to explain. I visited the electronics section to look for blank DVDs and when I ask about the DVDs location I was to to look, they should be on a isle some where in a certain section. Now mind you, when I approached the service counter, several employees standing and talking. Not one took the extra effort to walk and assist. This left me to my devices to find the items on my own. Another thing i notice about the employees of Walmart. Service without a smile and the frowns and expressions make you say DAM! they need a vacation bad. Seriously Walmart! Worst Wal Mart! I waited over 45 minutes for pickup the second time I tried it. First time I was given expired food. When I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on. People inside the store are super unfriendly. I would rather pay higher prices for more helpful people. The only nice guy is the cart pusher. He is always very nice. After speaking with the store's Assistant manager Scott, I feel that Walmart truly listened to my situation but also dealt with it appropriately. I didn't feel as if they were just agreeing with me to get a problem to go away. Scott ended up quizzing his staff on what a straw purchase was and how it should dealt with correctly. Scott also verified that I was correct in my definition to his associates about what a straw purchase is. Employees were educated. And now we all will have a better more educated firearm shopping experience at the Indian Trail, NC Walmart because of Scott and his ability to listen. This is one of the nicer locations I've been to. I primarily do all my food and toiletry shopping at this location. The store is well laid out and kept pretty clean. The staff could use some customer service training especially some of the cashiers. Luckily, there are two cashiers I really like and I try my best to go to their lanes when they're working. I will happily wait longer to be treated nicely. The customer service desk is usually staffed with some of the most unprofessional people I've ever come across. read more

Yesterday, Feb.18.2014, we went food shopping at Walmart, Indian Trail. Great day!! My husband uses a motorized cart. The cart was running low on power, a young gentleman named Trevor, plugged the cart into a low placed outlet to recharge and offered to get him a replacement cart. The cashier, Tammy went out of her way to make sure we got credit for all our coupons and Jermaine, another cashier, helped to pack our groceries. They were all very helpful and extremely pleasant. Another employee we would like to acknowledge is Joel, the young gentleman who collects the carts in the parking lot. He is always smiling and greets everyone with a friendly "Hello". It doesn't matter what the weather, Joel is wonderful!!! After all the bad weather we have had, we had a wonderful shopping experience at Walmart. Thank you very much. read more
