I placed an order at 10 am only to get a pick-up time of 6 pm. if I ordered delivery I could have it in 2 hours by noon, just costs me an extra $40 to $60+ fee. I slashed the order in half so my husband could pick it up from Smiths. I am moving most of my shopping elsewhere where. At least I can pick up in the day time. New design for the inside of the store is ugly and a pain to move through. Tight corridors and poor visibility makes it ripe with theft. I had 2 separate groups of men try to steal my phone just today. Easy to get stuck in the corridors and robbed. Management just shrugged and said it was my fault. Will not go back. read more

So, I purchased some outdoor pods from Walmart, trying to make my house look a little better and show pride in my home. After a couple of months, the pots started to flake and break. This is very disappointing since I paid close to $35 per pot and took them back to Wal-Mart, hoping that they would do the right thing, the cashier was very friendly and explained to me the 90-day policy, but this is ridiculous. This is unacceptable. I have also purchased four more pots from the same Walmart, and they're showing no deterioration. This isn't very reassuring. read more

A negative 5 stars would be more accurate they don't even deserve a star!!! I don't know what's worse the constant following you so close that you can't breathe and look at anything they think we are all stupid and we don't know they are watching us!!! Or them treating my disabled husband like a theif all because he has health issues and it causes him to need to use the bathroom more than once!!! And most of all them walking by my phone because I am texting my husband to check on him to see if he is okay and them trying to see what I say on text !!!! It's my phone, I pay for it so it's my business not theirs and we tried to talk to the manager and he said we were exaggerating, and that the employees don't do that and he refused to check the cameras and told us we were being ridiculous!!!! So that whole situation made my husband's existing health issues so much worse and we weren't able to get all our groceries so no we will have to use extra gas to get the rest of our groceries!!!! I know I will see the automatic computer generated response that says sorry about your experience or whatever it says just more lies and no care about their customers !!!! Why bother to respond since they don't really care anyway and that lack of caring goes all the way up to management apparently!!!!! I don't believe any of these 5 star reviews they are all lies anyway !!! Not every customer that goes to your store is a theif and you need to learn that fact and start showing all customers respect including the ones disabled like my husband and that some of us have health issues and aren't able to work!!!! read more

This was a great cots effective stop in Great Falls at the Walmart. We found a spot that was safe, secure and well lit. We got 29 different TV channels using our antenna and it was all good. Always check with the location you want to stay at prior to Boondocking. You might have to check in with the store and sign on. It's a great cost effective overnight spot. Enjoy and be sure to shop at Walmart if you plan on staying in their parking lot. read more

I went into this Walmart last night just before closing. This was the worst public bathroom I've seen in my life and I will not shop at this store again because of it. It looks like they possibly wait until days end to clean it? Public bathrooms should be cleaned before they get this bad. The garbage was overflowing with disgusting contents. More than one toilet was in unusable shape due to lack of being cleaned. I couldn't even get a paper towel to open the door because they flowed down into the garbage. I don't know what kind of employee would see this bathroom throughout the day and think "this is fine, we clean it once a day!" and go about their business. The state of this bathroom was disturbing and I can only imagine the germs that were transmitted into the store because of it. read more

This is a beautiful store. We stopped for fuel as the Murphy had the best price in the area. I needed to replace a windshield wiper that broke recently so I figured I should go right to the Auto Center to get it fixed. The mgr., Kenny, was a great help and got the right size wiper and installed it. $12 later I was out the door and on my way. Also picked up a much needed USB cable in the photo dept. Very nice staff there as well. read more

Don't know if this man was having a bad day or what but i was in the auto center and i was twisting my hair (a habit i have) and the guy at the auto center desk started yelling at me to "stop beautifying myself because this is the auto center" He didn't stop yelling even after i walked away. Really don't appreciate being yelled at like that, someone fire this mans. read more

What a trashy place and the associates aren't much better. If you need to get help from an associate they will practically run to avoid helping you. Or like what happened today, they tell you "it's not my area but I guess I can try to find somebody." Guy disappeared and we waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed back up to help so we left. They missed out on a 600 dollar purchase too because all we needed was bikes off the top rack. I stopped shopping here for my groceries about 2 months ago and have not looked back. These guys clearly can't stay stocked on a lot of stuff (but their website always says it's in stock). Their produce quality was never that great but it has gone way down. I got two successive grocery pickups where I had ordered 2 bags of white onions and both times I got 2 good onions and had to throw out the rest and it was obvious to the naked eye they were bad. I only went back today because we wanted bikes and that was a waste of time. So I will keep shopping Super1 for my groceries and try to shop elsewhere for anything else. But remember, they need 15 an hour for their shitty work and customer service! LOL read more

I sent my wife to buy markers and sharpies. She come back with a box with 36 sharpies costing me 29 dollars just for the sharpies. I don't need 36 markers. The box was sealed. They wouldn't take back the markers cause she trew the receipt away when I was at work. The new walmart said the price for the return was too high without the receipt and the box hadn't even been open. What am I to do with 36 sharpies. I need my money back. They just basicly robbed me. The customer service lady was rude as well. She treats returns like stolen product. I believe if you have a return that they assume you stole it. That's the vibe Im getting. read more

There has been a lot of 'hoopla' about this store opening, but it's just another Walmart. I've shopped there several times since opening because it's handy, and I've found many items I need are 'out of stock'. The place feels more like a huge warehouse and there's an exhaust fan somewhere on the grocery side that is such a horrible noise that I don't know how people working there can stand to listen to it all day. Most the employees I've interacted with have been polite and helpful. I am glad it has a gas pump station outside. read more

Today, I bought a new mouse for my computer (which was in a closed box) only to get home and find out the box was empty. I took the box back to the store within 30 minutes of the purchase and explained that the box was empty when I got home. The lady at the CS desk had to call a manager up, that wouldn't even look at me when she talked to me. She rudely stated she can't refund but she will exchange the item, (which was completely fine.) I went to the electronics department and asked for an employee to unlock the mouse for me to take back to the CS Desk for the exchange, to which he replied I can't leave the electronics with the mouse and he said "I'm not supposed to leave" after a loud sigh, then we walked up front, I said thank you and turned and walked away without a word. After waiting for 30 minutes to complete the exchange the box that was just brought up to the CS was really beat up as well, so I asked to open the box and make sure the mouse was in it. The Manager opened the box dropped it on the counter and walked away. I paid for the difference, and was ignored when I said thank you have a nice day. In all the CS desk was great, the Manager herself was vile and rude. read more
