I watch this stores pricing quite closely. Here we are at back to school time, and I have to say, after watching prices all year, the pricing for school clothes is straight up predatory. Went to buy some pants for my girls, and where they normally have Jordache, 3 weeks ago, and were priced form 14$ to 17$. Today they have leggings in their place. For the same price. My girls hate them because no pockets. I am raising strong independent girls, and that requires pockets. Idgas what anybody says, you take away her pockets, you might as well take away her possessions, and restrict her to the kitchen. Attempted to return recalled shredded cheese. The manager argued with me the expiration date was not on the list although the lot # was. In any event, poor service resulting in the loss of a customer. Hope the bag of recalled cheese was worth it. I was passed around like a joke. People who've been there 10+ years just stared blankly like they'd never seen a phone before. Nobody knew anything, and worse--they didn't even try. This store has the worst customer service. The staff have no idea what they do and their managers a rude. My husband and I went in for a car seat, we found a 3 in 1 even flo car seat for $59.99, the only one they had was the one on the self.. At first we were told we could buy that one as a discount. The manager scolded the employee refused to help me on when they would be receiving new ones, turned her back on me and walked away. After speaking with their corporate staff we were assured something would be worked out. When we went back in they did have them in stock but for over $200.00. Walmart one of the most wealthy companies in the world cannot afford to have their stockers stock at night. The employees usually disgruntled and void of any common curtesy publicly air their frustration at the fact they have to work and stock the shelves. They will stand in the middle of the isle and hold up the line blocking all traffic and act like a child if they have to move for a customer. I said one lady. "excuse me young lady" as I was trying to move around her and her cart. She said I am not a lady don't call me a lady. They have many things locked up in cabinets. I have on several occasions had them call help over to unlock the cabinets After fifteen minutes of waiting none showed up. This happens time and time gain. I bet if I kicked the cabinet and broke it they would be all over it. The sad part is that Walmart is an extremely wealthy company and they don't give a crap about these reviews. People will continue to shop there despite of the bad, poor service and treatment from their employees. This is about the auto care service. I bought tires at Walmart online and had them delivered to this store for installation. All went well and I was a happy camper. The purchase included lifetime balance and rotation. This is where the wheels came off. I needed to do some shopping and askedif I could get a rotation and balance. They were an hour and a half out and I didn't have that time. I asked to make an appointment and was told they didn't do that. OK, so I came back 2 days later ready to drop it off and come back when it was done. They asked if I had an appointment because they were full for the day. I told them about my prior discussion and then made an appointment for 7 am the next Monday. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled because they only did appointments for new installs. Since it was 7 am she said they could get me in. I left and was notified when it was done. I was the second customer in line when I went to pick it up and the person in front of me was getting the same run around and poor service regarding a leaky tire he had purchased there and had free repair. He needed to wait for an hour and forty five minutes because they could not make an appointment. They only do tires and batteries. I will not go back for anything in the auto service department since they only care about the sale. The after service promised is a joke and not worth it. read more

I don't shop at Walmart on North very often. Went this afternoon and checked out in the garden center checkout. It was 110 degrees out there and those two ladies were working the checkout and the exit. It was so hot that the register was shutting down. Shame on you Wal Mart!!! Close that checkout. I placed a pick up order for a time slot that was to be ready any time between 6 pm and 7 pm on Monday October the 4th . I waited for 55 minutes after check in with zero communication. I called back after that amount of time and asked to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke with sounded flustered and gave me no answer to my concern of the order being 55 minutes late. Time is a thing u don't get back, if you can't deliver the product in the time frame agreed upon there should be some form of communication given to the customer. In this case that never happened, nor was there any form of a resolution for this customer. Walmart is a huge corporation and my biz surely will Not make or break, but I will Never be here again to give my business to this company. read more

I've never been a fan of Walmart, but sometimes, much more recently, I go here for convenience. Every time I come here, I remember that I told myself that I would not do this again, but I just did. Just like the good ole' college days when you wake up Sunday morning, when you should be at church thinking, I'm never going to do that again. But, Tuesday comes around and the local watering hole has 10 cent wings and dollar PBRs. You invite everyone you know and close the place down. Yeah, kinda like that. I knew I shouldn't, but I just did. So, I bought the norm, nothing really I could have done with out. The lines are ALWAYS long and I've never seen sales associates or checkers filling up even half of the check out lines. Hello? You're Walmart, get more people to actually work and get your customers taken care of. While in line, which has been at least 15 minutes on average, I have to listen to conversations of other people in line complaining about things I really do not want to hear about. Cell phone etiquette might be the worst I've ever experienced in this Walmart and every other Walmart I've been to. You know what I really hate, what really bothers me? The feeling of accomplishment after leaving the check out line, turning the corner and seeing the "volunteer." The nice old lady, the grandpa type, the defensive guard, the lineman, the rent-a-cop, the supposed store security person armed with a cup of coffee and smiley stickers. Just the sight of this employee gets under my skin. I think personally it's the fact that I have to show my receipt as I walk out of the store that bugs me most. I'm usually just ready to get the heck out of Dodge and leave after waiting in line forever with both hands full of toilet paper and cheese puffs. Then I have to be harassed by the nice little old lady. This to me is a semi-accusation that I've stolen something and I have to prove that I did not. Really?? I can not think of any other store I've been to that does this other than Sam's Club, Walmarts ugly step sister. It might be the fact that they have so many cameras in the ceiling that they can not afford to hire enough eye balls to watch everything. Two stars is 4 too many. Huge long lines at the very few checkouts open and dozens of checkouts with no one in them to take our money. Shoved our two full carts down separate isles and walked out. So frustrating to spend time driving to this store, spend more time loading our cart (s) up and then find that we would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get up to a cashier. Not going to happen with this family. Just spent over $200 for groceries alone at Safeway and still need all the non food items we had put in our carts at Wal Mart. Shame on your Wal Mart. read more

Many, many people (10+) in your store on North Avenue in Grand Junction Colorado were not wearing face masks at 4 p.m. October 5. One woman yelled at me when I asked her why she did not. I told customer service what happened and asked whether the state-mandated and corporate-mandated face mask policy was being enforced. She said, "There is only so far we can go." Only so far? I care for a two year old with a congenital heart condition. I do not want to be exposed ( and thereby expose my vulnerable grandson) to thoughtless patrons you allow to spread disease. To the store manager, your employees in the electronic are the most amazing people I have encountered. Today 4/21/15 around 3pm, I ran in for an I-pod charger and both folks manning the department were busy with cell phone problems. I along with a couple of other impatient customers were all but obnoxious . The guy, and gal were so polite and very helpful to the customers they were helping, and even polite to me when they were through. I don't know what they make, but they are outstanding employees. I will send a hard copy of this to the store directly, but wanted to say what great customer service they provide, even when they have to deal with crabby people, sadly like myself. Never a huge fan of Walmart I had medications transferred from another city to this Walmart because of the convenient location to our home. Since I am there for medications I reason that it is easier to shop there than go to a separate location. While waiting in line realize the fallacy in my reasoning. This particular Walmart is the worst I have ever been in. It is dirty. It is badly in need of updates. You can rarely find any assistance on the floor. When I have found assistance I have been told me that the associate didn't know where the item I was looking for was and provided no further assistance in finding it. There are always LONG lines with a minimum of checkout clerks working. The pharmacy in unorganized, understaffed, and poorly trained. I have never had them get medication ready in less than 3 hours. They ALWAYS quote you a time that is woefully short of the time they actually take. Despite the fact that we have medications we pick up there EVERY month they never have it in stock. Even though we request refills as early as you can we always are in danger of actually running out of critical medications before they provide them. We will be changing pharmacies and hopefully not stepping in this Walmart again. read more
