Where I'm from there are no Walmarts. I have little Walmart experience. With that said I was in the area visiting some family and I had to see just how big these Walmarts are and boy did they literally have everything! I mean to me the store seemed visibly clean and neat. No shortage of staff either. The store was also pretty orderly and I had no issues browsing the entire store from entrance to exit. A store where you could grocery shop, get clothing, electronics, home goods, and many other options is a win for me. I enjoyed growing this super Walmart and didn't experience some of the negative stuff other posters have mentioned but then again I don't shop here weekly to notice. read more

Change the garbage in the tire center. They didn't tighten up the undercarriage panel after changing my oil and the panel broke off once I left and they refuse to take responsibility for it! Tired of the shady work there! read more

I do not like the new remodel check outs, as you can't find the opening to get out and then more than half of the self check outs are CLOSED!!!! This makes lines of people waiting to check out!!! Very frustrating!! Not going anymore.. read more

Store is being remodeled can't find goods because many are moved needlessly. Employees are very stressed because they can't located items. Aisles are clogged most shoppers are very frustrated. Avoid this store. Tried curbside service and 7 items were not included probably had them but move to a new location therfore were "lost" read more

Came in with a flat tire 2 minutes after they closed. Said they are closed and don't know any other place that rides flats. They say all this while they are pulling their own vehicles into the bays and working on them. And corporate wonders why so many people hate Walmart's. read more

I hate this Wal-Mart. I know, Wal-Mart is the devil any-way, but honestly sometimes it's the only place to get what you need. BUT, this Wal-Mart is a massive headache. One of the great things about chain stores is they're all mostly the same, but this Wal-Mart wants to be inconvenient, er, unique. There's no knowing where the item you want will be located. The employees are always unhelpful, typically un-knowledgeable and often rude. The selection is pathetic. Especially in the make-up section. The bathrooms are grotesque. Don't buy a bike there. A friend of mine bought two bikes there and both broke the first time she road them. read more

Nothing is stocked correctly. Products are just thrown in other product spots. Went up to registers to buy a couple things. All scanned wrong price to where I grabbed it off shelf. Then customer service manager argued with me that I was wrong and wouldn't honor their mistake. I'll continue to take my business elsewhere. Go to Meijer people!! read more

Walmart is a great store that always has good stuff for good prices! This Walmart in particular is a little less then average, parking isn't great and it could use some renovations all though they have been updating and changing things out. Overall still a very useful store that I like to use. read more

I was treated terrible at Walmart tonight. When I went in, they asked me if I had my mask. I told them I couldn't wear one medically, and they asked to see my exemption card. I've never seen the like! I'm not from around here, but I am from IN. I've been in multiple Walmarts, and I've never been asked that. When I told them this, they said the others weren't doing their job. Multiple news agencies reported that corporate Walmart was not going to enforce masks, so I think they were just trying to cover their tackiness. Apparently the previous reviewer has an axe to grind. The Walmart Supercenter in Goshen is more than adequately clean, both in the restrooms and in the store in general. The employees are typically courteous and helpful and are generally able to help find items when necessary. And on the subject of finding items, I don't know why the previous reviewer had such a hard time finding things; the store layout is understandable to anyone of average intelligence or better. As for the selection, it is more than adequate, and is much better than the Walmart across town. Additionally, the grocery section is robust; I can almost always find any food item I seek. In short, Goshen's Walmart Supercenter isn't perfect but it's a fine store as far as general retail stores go. It's clean, the people are generally as helpful and polite as retail stores tend to be, and has a good selection of retail goods across a spectrum of departments. Anyone who insists otherwise is IMNTHO likely just being contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. read more

We have had enough of this poorly managed store! Saturday morning 9 am and you only have ONE register open other than self checkouts. 6 big carts full ahead of us in line and we chose to do self checkouts because of having ice cream in our cart. We spent 230 and had to bag our own at a self checkout! Management at this store should be fired and replaced! We average 150 a week at this store and today was pathetic!!! Watching Walmart employees stand around doing nothing while we scan and bag our own. read more

Poor parking conditions, hard to get around in the store (aisles are very tight), dirty, bad selection, customer service not so good (there are some good employees there), wait times in checkout lines can be insane (especially when there are other lanes available, just nobody at the registers). I like this store better than the other Walmarts I have been to. When I go in there the place is laid out in a way I can find everything I need. When for whatever reason I have to go to a different Walmart I can never find what I am looking for. You would think with such a large company all their stores would be set up the same, but they are not! read more

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET OIL CHANGE!!! Went last night and had an oil change completed. My car was running just fine all day despite the frigid temperatures and when I left after the oil change was complete, my check engine light turned on and my car chugged all the way home. I called and made a complaint and they said to come in the next morning. I did this after going to a store to check the codes for the check engine light. I explained what was found to a technician at Walmart and his response was, there is no way that they did anything and that this happens "frequently," meaning that customers come in and get a service to their vehicle and it leaves in worse condition that when they brought it.
